Taipei Nangang District Hotels

The location is average, but the service attitude of the waitress at the counter on the night of 5/4 was very bad. She should not be *********. ********* people don’t have such a bad service attitude. I suggest that if you don’t like the job, you should quit, which lowers the standard of the hotel!

Incredible stay! The hotel provides an unforgettable experience with generous hospitality, friendly stuff and top notch amenities, including one of the best buffets in Taipei.

Great location. Easy to access by transportation, with bus stop right outside and within walking distance to Nangang MRT and HSR. Great staff, very helpful. Got upgraded to a 3 person bedroom. Disposable amenities are not provided in rooms and needed to get from lobby. Breakfast included is great. Hotel service is up to standard. Recommended to stay.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel,and they really approachble and really kind, they really care to their customer and what i really like when we back in our hotel we surprised because on our table it has a pouch and a snack they give us for free,super love it, 🥰highly recommended this hotel nexttime we comeback in taiwan absolutely we will choose this hotel again🥰

Positives - superb location (above shopping mall, and linked to metro station, railway station, high speed rail station and bus station) - very comfortable bed - pillow menu - complimentary cookies in room (delicious) - international power socket - art works all around the room and hotel Negatives - perhaps due to super peak period (new year countdown), service was a little lacking (likely due to super high occupancy) but can see that staff trying their best to cope - shower/tub combi not ideal

Amba is located just beside the songshan train station, 5mins walk from the famous raohe night market. It is also near the Taipei 101 building, but you don't have to worry about walking/taking a bus there as the hotel provides a free shuttle service there (and selected other locations). It was sad that we didn’t know about this till we checked out and saw the sign, would have been great if the reception could have told us at checkin. There is also free laundry facilities at the hotel for guests 24/7. The room was very thoughtfully designed and clean. The view of 101 was stunning and it was a really pleasant stay. One small advise is to call for anything you need before the night as housekeeping will be closed - we asked for bath towels but housekeeping had closed.

Located in a business district and very convenient for public transportation. Friendly hotel crews and their down to earth approach throughout my stay, really impresses me,. Ordinary human beings with extraordinary service quality are indeed commendable I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Taipei, last but not least.. the breakfast served in this hotel was simply superb,. A variety of foods, with the menu changes daily... Fills your stomach leaving a unique taste in your tongue..

Very very near to metro which is a plus point.very Compact rooms but neat, buffet breakfast included with necessary spread of dishes.night market is near by.raohe night market. Had a good walk exploring the neighborhood which is a bit old but good and had views of 101 from the alleys while walking.

Mostly good but the room smelled heavily of smoke when entering. The bathtub is large and very comfortable to soak in. McDonald's breakfast is delivered to the garage downstairs, which is very considerate.

This was my first time staying in a dormitory in Taiwan. The nearest station is Nanko Station, which is about 7-10 minutes away. Even though my arrival was delayed and I was far behind in time for check-in, they were kind enough to wait for me until late. I was really grateful. The inside was cleaned and beautiful. There was also body soap and shampoo in the shower.
