3-Star Hotels in Taipei

City Hotel is a basic hotel located in the Zhongshan area of the city. Situated 5 mins from Nanjing Fuxing MRT it’s a convenient place to stay and not too far from the central areas of the city. There is also a very good hotpot restaurant close to the hotel which is good to try.

This hotel is right across ximending. Next to MRT station exit number 6. The room on 12th floor has twin beds. On 13th its very good spacious clean and have a nice city view. Their rooms for 3rd floor is a bit funny tho because it's too colorful and it makes me dizzy. Cleanliness- super! Noise-? Nothing you can sleep peacfully. Location? Perfect! Convenience? They have laundry room and one 7/11 downstairs. Also their breakfast buffet is good. We will definitely stay here againz. I post a photo of the room vibe very clean light and spacious.

The location is good and it is very close to public transit. They have bath pools especially for men and women separately which are not open 24 hours. The room is small enough to open your suitcase. Good price and it is good for budget travellers.

The staffs are wonderful, prepared for your arrival, know your booking and special needs, support in many ways. We like the breakfast. Bathroom and toilet, if additional shelves for clothing would be nice. My second stay here.

The location is excellent, just almost beside Ningxia Market! This hotel is a gem for it's location and cleanliness. Will definitely stay here once I we come back to Taipei.

We found some insect in the room after noticed them, housekeeper coming to fertilize them AND SMEEL SO BAD and SMEELY then i called them again, they ask housekeeper to clean up the room. Quite disappointed on the way of solve an issue. Don’t they think how we stay on the room after fertilize. WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. NO HEATER. BLANKET IS THIN. ROOM IS NOT CLEAN ENOUGH. THE SERVICE MAN ROBBY WHO RESPONSE FOR LUGGAGE LEAVE AND CLEANING UNCLE ARE POLICE AND SERVICE MIND. ONLY LOCATION THAT WAS GOOD TO CHOOSE

We spent a comfortable 5 nights in this hotel. Rooms are a nice size, warmly furnished and comfortable double bed! Bathroom is spacious with separate bathtub and shower. No meal options but many food places or convenience stores very near. A nice thing was the water dispenser and a coffee machine for guests downstairs.

I stayed here for the first half of my Taipei trip, the hotel is perfect for solo travellers. The room is a great size with fantastic amenities (Nespresso machine and Dyson hairdryer! Tv with Netflix included). The room may be a little cosy for a couple but I think it would be fine! Hotel lobby had a lot of cute things you could buy like souvenirs; patches and pins. They also offered maps etc. and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, could speak mandarin and English. I arrived before check in, and leaving my luggage was not a problem, they also let me freshen up after my flight and change my clothes in the bathroom (which also had a shower!) Communal kitchen area with a fridge, washing machine and water tap (which could make soda water!). I loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

The room is not big, focusing on functionality, but because it is really small, I suspect how to put the luggage when many people stay, and there is no luggage rack, only on the ground. The window can be opened freely, if the children may be careful. Because the hinterland is small, the door is the bathroom when you open it. And facing the toilet, a bit uncomfortable. The sink is on the outside of the bathroom. It is Toto's sink. Toiletries have toothbrushes and toothpaste, combs, cotton swab bags, and soap. The shower gel is an environmentally friendly bottle. The mattress is very thick and comfortable to lie down, but the quilt is silky and not used to it. However, the sound insulation is indeed not good, and you can hear the door outside. Crossing the road on the same side outside is the whole family, and the opposite side is Xiaoqi, which is convenient at night. The bathtub is about 150cm, so you have to curl your feet, but the water volume is large and hot, so it is not bad, and the grip is also made into a non-slip style, which is very good. Outside the two bottles of water, the kettle is Oscar (not known to use), the tea bag is Tianren and oolong tea and fragrance slices, but the coffee is a three-in-one package of UCC, I hope to change it to a black coffee bag. Breakfast is a plate, there are several choices, the coffee tastes good. 7F There is also a children's play area, It looks very clean. The service staff at the counter is also calm and gentle. It’s just that the room is really small. I saw many Japanese messages, because the accommodation fee is not a low price. I don’t know why everyone chooses this way.

Hotel location is good. A lot of food and shopping around it. Room is very basic. Decoration of the room is very spartan. Hardly any space to put clothig. Just 2 hooks to hang clothes. No cosy feel compared to B7 journey. There is no door closer so have to be careful to close the door properly when going out. For that price, there should be nicer hotel out there.
