I had a great staff during check in. I arrived early and she let me in earlier. She also gave me great suggestions for breakfast and all. Short hair lady at check in pity I forgot her name. She is really the best ! The room is super small. Can hardly use the toilet coz is so close to the curtain. ( no door to toilet. And the sink and shower is all mini. This was the smallest ever hotel bathroom I have used. No privacy if yiu share this room. Coz no doors even to toilet. It was new and clean and breakfast was alright.

Taipei Shuike Hotel impresses with its convenient location and attentive service. The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation links. Whether traveling for business or sightseeing, you can easily access major attractions and commercial districts. The guest rooms are modern and simple in design, spacious in space, and provide high-quality mattresses and bedding, allowing people to completely relax. The service staff are friendly and willing to answer all kinds of questions, making the stay experience more warm. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the night market and specialty cafes are within easy reach. It is a paradise for food lovers. The only small drawback is that the number of parking spaces is limited. Guests who drive are advised to contact us in advance to confirm, but this does not affect the overall quality experience. Overall, Taipei Shuike Hotel is a cost-effective and ideal accommodation option suitable for all types of travelers. I will definitely come back again next time I come to Taipei.

The airport bus number 1960 stop just two minutes from the hotel it is convenient for buses and Metro and there are many restaurants and shopping centres around . The hotel is itself is old, the include breakfast is only sandwich in a café located 200 meters away from the main building the hotel provided free soft drinks and snacks. The hotel service is good and the staff are very polite.

Our family stayed at Via Hotel Zhongxiao for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was much better than we expected. We were satisfied with the location, cleanliness, service, and facilities. At first, the building itself seemed old and the first floor felt a bit dirty.. And the hotel was on the 3rd floor, so what is it?.... But.. When we went up to the 3rd floor, the hotel itself was clean and the staff was very, very kind. Our room, which was designated as a family room, was on the 4th floor Wow~~~ It was a little disappointing that there was no window, but the spacious, clean, and good water pressure bathroom and toilet made up for it. We expected breakfast because the rate included breakfast.. haha ​​This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so it seems to have contracted with nearby cafes.. restaurants and provided meals. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was simple and delicious, like sandwiches, hamburgers, and coffee. Our family had a satisfying breakfast. Our family had a pleasant trip and returned home safely.

The service is top notch, I would said it’s the best service from all the staff in the hotel. They were very helpful and attentive, arrange all our massage booking and also restaurants… We actually had small accident during our cycling activities.. The hotel was very well prepared with all the safe aids and the staff is professional enough to help us to the cleaning and apply med on the injuries..they also have very nice cocktails bar with very good drink in the hotel .

The location is convenient, but the hotel lobby is small, the lights are so dim, and the children are quite frightened, because the floor corridors are eerie, dark, with deer heads, red lights, no facilities, the rooms are okay, the swimming pool is too small and dilapidated.

Absolutely loved it! 10/10!! From the hotel design and customer service to the room quality, everything was perfect! This hotel is great for people who like to social. They regularly host events at The Social (see photos). We booked the room with a King sized bed. The room was much more spacious than we thought. There was even a balcony! The Japanese-style bathtub was amazing too. And since the hotel just opened last year, everything is relatively new. The little things that count: - Over 10 sockets with built in adapter - Room can be 99% dark - Really comfortable slippers - Consistent water temperature for the showers - Strong hair dryer - A large variety of amenities - Well-maintained gym While I love the mood and vibe of the room, it might not be suitable for people who need to work as the lighting might not be sufficient. Once again, I don't guarantee that you will have the same experience but I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Bonus: The restaurant (Texas Roadhouse) on the G/F has great service and quality food too! But since there are limited breakfast choices, I wouldn't recommend you get it every day if you're staying for long.

The hotel was near to Zhongxiao Fuxin Station Exit 4. The lobby is at level 14, have to enter a building to take a lift which is beside a bubble tea shop. There is a basket for amenities, coffee machine and seating area at level 13. Our room is cozy and organised. The shampoo and body wash are l'occitane brand which smell nice. The only thing that can be improve will be the water pressure. But overall it was a good stay.

For the price you pay, it is definitely good enough!  Check in and check out was very smooth and the employee informed well what my room includes and reminds of breakfast options.   They help to hold luggage after you check out. The room itself has this ramp in the room and the ledge into the bathroom is huge so I stubbed my toe a couple times and it was painful.   It was one of my first times getting a room with no window and it definitely makes a difference to a stay to not have sunlight in morning, so if that matters to you, don’t come here.   I chose this as I just needed a place to shower and rest before a flight.  The wall paper was worn down.    Amenities in mini bar was complimentary which is a nice gesture.  For a one night stay, i didn’t need to go out to buy water as i had 2 bottles provided.   Large enough space to open luggage and still have walking space, and it felt like it was a king size bed (or 2 doubles together).  Aircon works well.  Ideal location on blue line to get to Taipei Main station to take to Taoyuan airport and one of my favourite dumpling restaurants downstairs (Lin’s steamed dumplings).

perfect services, breakfast has limited choices but already good enough. location is good, 5 mins walk to underground and many restaurants or shops around the hotel. clean but the hotel itself is a bit out and aging.
