房間極其不隔音，門外邊説啥聽得一清二楚。大床房全部都是靠馬路，整晚都有車轟鳴聲，躺在床上都能感受到震動。 前台很不專業，沒有服務意識，跟她反饋吵鬧的問題，衹會推諉，找理由，沒有半點解決問題。後面換房間也不主動跟進，一直要打電話去問進度。 兩天的早餐券衹給了一天，房卡也衹能刷一天，去弄就説他們肯定弄了兩天，可能消磁了，“幫”你重新弄，搞得好像是施捨一樣。 房間也沒補充水，打電話就説可能太忙忘記了。我請問呢？ 房間沒有網上標註的面積，實際都很小。
