Because it is an old store, the kettle and hair dryer are a bit old. However, the white tea is good👍The children like it. Compared with a few years ago, more snacks and fast food are delivered to the room👍. Parking is free and convenient. Ren Shuhao and Pei Qian provide thoughtful service.

It was my first time staying at Lihua Hotel. The service was really good. My child's birthday happened to be on the day of check-in, so I asked if the hotel could simply decorate it. I didn't expect the hotel concierge to decorate the room so carefully for my child. I am very grateful to Wang Baoping from the concierge department. He is very attentive and really treats guests as family! The room not only has hidden poems, but also dolls, and snack cakes made with hotel bath towels. The child was very happy when he saw it. There was also good night dessert in the evening, and the socks were washed the next day! A souvenir was also given before leaving. I would also like to thank the staff who served us this time. Room: The hotel is more than 10 years old and has not been improved at all. Environment: The location is good and the night view outside the window is good. Facilities: Too old. It doesn't match the value. Service: Too bad. But they have many customers and charge high prices, which is amazing. In short, the price does not match the service and facilities.

This hotel is a state-owned hotel under the Institutional Affairs Bureau. Everything is good. The hotel's own restaurant downstairs is economical and affordable. The swimming pool is a 50-meter standard pool with good water quality. The hotel's staff, including Hou Jianwang, Gao Zhixin and another handsome man with curly hair and fair skin in the concierge department, provide warm, thoughtful and standardized service. The hotel also sent a greeting text message when I arrived home. It is worth recommending.

Lihua Hotel can be said to be an old hotel in Taiyuan. The facilities have been upgraded after the renovation, and the service is particularly warm and thoughtful. During the Spring Festival, Xue Xiaoyi at the front desk helped us upgrade the room and explained in detail the services such as free snacks, which made me feel very warm.

During the Spring Festival trip to Shanxi, the service of Taiyuan Lihua Hotel was really like a spring breeze, and it felt like home. The service staff were all beautiful women and handsome men, with very good attitudes. I can't remember everyone's name. The housekeeper Xiao Pei was considerate and helped to make an appointment for pick-up and drop-off in advance, etc. The room facilities are very advanced, with massage beds, disposable bath towels, etc., VR, humidifiers, and oxygen bar eggs, which the children like very much. The non-legacy restaurant on the first floor downstairs is very cost-effective, but there are too many people queuing up every day. The dinner on the last night was a little regrettable. The dishes were served too slowly. I guess they were too busy. The fried meat was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. It was obviously heated directly in the microwave and not heated through. Of course, after it was raised, they immediately said that they would do it again with a good attitude, but later they packed it and didn't eat it. In general, it was very good and very satisfactory. I must stay at Lihua next time I come to Taiyuan.
