服務人員真的超級優，櫃台服務任何問題都樂意解答。這15、16天住過智選假日、桔子及全季，就屬全季早餐最優，炒時蔬青菜多樣，對於旅遊的人這早餐是纖維質補充最好的餐點。

全季品牌值得信賴，出差遊玩一直住的都是全季，前台服務人員熱情有禮貌，給人賓至如歸的感覺，辦理入住很快，30秒入住，零秒退房。房間的地曖很足，衞生很乾凈，住着非常安心。設施環境很好，有健身房洗衣房，還給提供了洗衣液。非常滿意的入住。

周圍環境很好，很方便，酒店設施非常好，裝飾風格很高大上。前台熱情，服務周到，辦理入住認真，客房阿姨態度也很好，很親切，細節方面很到位，設施很齊全。房間很大，房間很新，環境很優雅，很舒服，房間衞生乾淨，整潔，床上用品很新，很乾凈，床也很舒服，衞生間空間很大，很乾凈，真的很棒，非常棒！ 早餐很豐盛，味道也很好，很好吃！

房間打掃的很乾凈，住着非常放心。酒店停車便捷，附近吃飯的地方很好多，離商場很近，非常便捷。酒店前台小姐姐服務很好，熱情有禮貌，賓至如歸的感覺。早餐也是相當給力 非常豐富，丸子湯特別好喝。

前台人員服務熱情，很有禮貌，辦理入住很專業，特意詢問了對樓層的需求，安排合理。酒店房間定的大床房，環境衞生設施都很好，酒店早餐口味很好，種類繁多。

可以説是住過的最差的酒店。
到店後在前台等入住，辦入住時間略長，父母渴了不好意思説，我問前台女生要兩瓶礦泉水，前台告知我“樓上房間有六瓶”，所以為什麼不快點辦好入住讓我們進去休整呢？
訂的房間裏已經包含早餐券的費用，結果前台要求“必須要下App才能給早餐券”，後來沒下成，也給了三張紙質的餐卷。
該前台女生給挑了一間房，結果這間房空調是壞的，一進去就悶熱的不行。後來晚上又換的房間，結果發現原來別的房間比我們這間要好太多！
綜合以上，總的來説就是“工作人員業務能力差”、“酒店基本設施差”的問題。

住過最差的全季沒有之一，早上十點多去了告訴沒房，可以理解，畢竟沒到入住時間，把東西放了兩點左右前台打電話説可以住了有空房了，去了酒店大概三點，被告知房子還是沒收拾出來，三點了，前面的客人就算是兩點退房也應該收拾出來我們可以住了，然後在大廳等到三點半才入住，本來以為不愉快到此結束了，進了房間，全是拖布和抹布味，忍了十分鐘實在受不了打電話聯繫了前台，才給換了個別的房，環境連其他小城市的都不如，沒想過全季都能差成這樣
