The general hotel has automatic curtains at most, but this one is equipped with a Tmall Genie. Simply put, when you go to bed at night, you can ask the Tmall Genie to turn on and off the lights, TV, and air conditioner, and you don’t have to look for switches everywhere. Oh, this TV is also very large, very new, and very clear. 4. What I care most about is hygiene. A small detail, this hotel is actually equipped with disposable towels! ! ! 5. The hotel is conveniently located, just over 10 minutes' drive from the high-speed rail station! The room has large glass windows, which are bright and transparent. I was very impressed by this hotel near Taiyuan Airport! What surprised me most was the breakfast, not the usual prefabricated dishes, but the steaming and delicious dishes cooked on site. The pick-up service was extremely convenient and made my trip easy. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, making people feel warm. It’s more than 1 kilometer away from Taiyuan South Station, but the navigation was a bit confusing when I took the overnight train out of the station, and I took a lot of unnecessary steps. There are several ”smart hotels” in this row, but this one has a Bluetooth speaker to say a few words as soon as you enter the room. There is only the reception desk on the first floor, and there are five or six rooms on the second floor. They should all be partitioned at the back. The sound insulation effect is one star. Fortunately, I brought earplugs and slept well. The bedding and towels are clean, the softness of the bed is what I like, the hot water is good, mineral water, coffee and tea bags are provided, and toiletries are provided. The front desk service was average, impatient and unfriendly. Maybe I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock too late. There are breakfast stalls nearby. If you take the bus, you have to walk back to South Station.

It's very convenient to get to the airport. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi. The environment is very charming. There is a lot of mineral water in the room and it can be given for free. The waiter No. 10 is very nice and gave away several bags of tea. You can have some tea at your leisure. , chatting, I accidentally soiled my clothes when I went out to eat. The dryer in the laundry room is very powerful, and it doesn’t affect my clothes when I go out the next day at all.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and I had a very pleasant stay there. The room I had was tastefully decorated, luxurious and super comfortable. The amenities were all top rated: I was particularly happy to have a Dyson hairdryer in the room! But what made my stay there so enjoyable was the 6-star service offered by the Hotel’s manager Darcy and her team. They were super professional, friendly and attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure that the set up in my room met my requirements and that I had a great time in Taiyuan.  The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the food was delicious.
