I was on a business trip to Taiyuan and wanted to stay near the Jin Temple for easy access. I chose this hotel based on the reviews.
Facilities: Very similar to the Four Seasons Hotel, it's newly opened, with many new amenities and facilities, which was excellent. Breakfast is also included.
Cleanliness: The maid cleaned promptly and it was spotless.
Pros: Very close to the Jin Temple, making it a convenient 10-minute walk. Overall, it's a great value and I'll stay here again next time.

When booking, there was breakfast that could be redeemed with points. I exchanged for two. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was no breakfast. The front desk said that they did not include breakfast and asked me to communicate with the platform. After contacting the platform, the platform said that although breakfast was included when I booked, there was no breakfast during the internal adjustment of the hotel. I was speechless. Later, the platform compensated me with breakfast cash.
The hotel has just opened, and the front desk is polite. The room is spacious, the bed is big, and the facilities are complete. The only thing is that the smell is too strong. I walked outside until 1 a.m. and returned to the hotel just to absorb less formaldehyde.
It is recommended that the hotel open the doors and windows of each room for ventilation when there are no guests staying, otherwise the smell will take about a year to dissipate.

MMiraclechengConscience Hotel, this is the first time I have come across a hotel where kettles, toothbrush cups, and water cups are all plastic-sealed. The toilet is also an automatic disposable seat cover, and the sanitary conditions are very good. The breakfast is also good (it should be said to be a very good breakfast, but I have stayed twice recently, the first time was very good, the second time I went to eat after 7 o'clock, and many things were already cold, I hope to pay attention). TTracie WestMy stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

It’s my first time staying at Kempinski. It has a strong old-fashioned atmosphere, which young people may find a bit old-fashioned. But the service and hardware facilities are very good, and the cost-effectiveness of staying in the off-season is very high [heart]
Location: Close to Changfeng Street subway station, about 100 to 200 meters away, and also close to Binhe Expressway, very convenient for driving and public transportation.
Decoration style: It's quite standard. In the eyes of those who like it, it is steady and elegant, and it is the result of years of accumulation. Those who don't like it think it is old-fashioned and has no novelty [laughing and crying]. But the furniture is of high quality, with a bit of old money style.
Hardware facilities: Impeccable, with a gym and swimming pool, all of which are large in size. The room is big enough. I stayed in a deluxe view room. I like the layout very much. There are huge floor-to-ceiling windows, three separate washing areas, and a bathtub next to the window, so you can have a clear view of the night view. The interior is also unambiguous, with electric curtains, smart switches, top-tier brand sanitary ware, wall-mounted toilets and the quality of the toiletries are also online. The most important thing is that the bedding is very comfortable, the mattress and pillow are moderately soft and hard, and I slept soundly [laughing and crying]
Service: This is even better. CChifanbuchicai-As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk greeted me warmly. The staff was very nice. Since the hotel room was not cleaned, they helped me upgrade to a king-size bed room for free. They also gave me souvenirs, which were very convenient to take with me.
The hotel room is also very large. The shampoo and shower gel are all travel-sized. If you can't use them up, you can take them away! The room is spacious and the hygiene is in place. Every little corner is taken care of and it is cleaned very cleanly. The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall.
The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too.
Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

BBinchongGood location, if you're in a room away from the noisy streets. Updated design, so some effort has gone in there.
Staff is functional and perfunctory; things get done. Not the most efficient, not the most welcoming. In fact, the worst i have encountered on this trip, but not terrible. Reminds me of some inns I have stayed in in rural China.
The one thing that makes this an absolute no-no is that despite the price I am paying, there is no air-conditioning. It is a central air-con system and they have deemed it is not warm enough to turn it on. Which makes the room a stuffy furnace. Advice was to turn on air purifier which is noisy through the whole night and doesn't really help. If I'm paying for a room, at least let me decide the room ventilation. If they want to sell to foreign guests, they should know this is a basic given as this is what we have come to expect in our hotel rooms.
So, strongly advice: NO!
