weakest point 1. No front desk 2. Nobody support, call center is not specific for Alphabed INN Takamatsu but they didn't know where we stayed like a machine. 3. lost my parcel that paid and unable to receive even stay 3 night there. 4. Informed and no action and no responsibility 5. without staff is to save for owner but error in service. 6.Hopeless

Easy to access very near Takamatsu station .

Very nice and clean hotel

Clean and comfortable room. No staff and if you have trouble getting in can be tricky.

The room is simple and stylish. And most importantly, it's clean. It's small, but we were very satisfied as we were just staying overnight. For dinner, we walked through the shopping street and found a bar, including Ichizuru, about a 10-minute walk away. We stayed as a family of four, and the children seemed to enjoy the bunk beds and said they would like to stay again. There was a sofa in the center, so we could relax together. Just be careful as it's easy for voices to leak out.

The location is about 5-6 minutes away from Takamatsu JR Station, which is quite convenient. However, although I had contacted the accommodation in advance and asked them to provide the PIN and check-in details via email the day before, I still did not receive any notification late at night the day before check-in. And this property doesn't have an elevator! If you need to carry your luggage with you, you will need to carry it up to the room floor by yourself.

The hotel is close to the train station, and there is a light rail terminal, a pier, and a shopping mall. The only drawback is that the restaurants around it close early. It matches the description picture. 👍👍👍

It was very convenient as it was close to the station. I was able to check in by myself, so my stay went smoothly. I was a little confused about how to enter from the outside, but they were very polite and helpful over the phone, so it wasn't a problem. Amenities were provided, so I was able to stay comfortably.

This was my second time staying here. Last time, I was not sent the hotel entry code in advance and had to contact the hotel's customer support, but this time it didn't happen.
