The location is great, right by the Grand Palace and shops. But heads up: there's no kettle for hot water or coffee/tea. Also, they turn off the heat in the afternoon to save money, so it was freezing when I tried to sleep during the day. They only turn it on at night. At least it's quiet and the morning view from my window is amazing!

Reasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.

Terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Moquette was in apalling dirty state. Room was very cold 18° during winter despite radiator turned on to the maximum. The air conditioner on the ceiling was blowing cold air despite the thermostat being turned on to maximum heat. Can hear water flow being drained from showers/toilets of other rooms. Good thing was the location. Can’t beat that.

The staff provided good service, especially at the restaurant in the morning. However, the carpet in the room was quite dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been changed for a long time. The mattress was okay and comfortable enough, and the bathroom was fine. The only downside was the dirty carpet, which made the whole room look unclean. The breakfast was decent — not very diverse, but it included the main items that should be there.

Location is great - accessible to most of the attractions. However no change of breakfast menu during the two days.

The location is great, very close to the Grand Place and the train station. For a hotel in this price range in Europe, the rooms are quite spacious. The front desk has a charming European decor, but the soundproofing of the room windows could be better.

Location is great, rooms smells horrible. Very warm, I closed the heater but still the room gets very earm I asked for few hours late checkout, they insisted to charge 10 euros per hour.

Excellent! I extended my stay for another four days. Even though there were no rooms available on the platform, I spoke to the front desk and they managed to add a room for us in their system. Booking through the platform was significantly cheaper than extending directly at the front desk, so their service was really great! :)

This was my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. It's very close to Grand Place, and only 900 meters from the Central Station. The breakfast was good. The elevator is a bit old and only fits 2-3 people. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to that famous fries place.

The location is great, just a ten-minute walk from the station. However, the entrance area has these bumpy cobblestone-like paths, which is really inconvenient if you have luggage. The hotel room had a musty smell; it's very old and hasn't been renovated. The room facilities are quite outdated.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent. The hotel staff were also kind, I’m glad I chose this hotel.

Super close to Grand Palace Square, all restaurants and the metro station Bourse/Beur. Very generous all you can eat breakfast, very good hotel indeed!
