The location of the hotel is good. It locate near several restaurants such as Uncle Don and there is an 7-eleven opposite it.

The room hotel just ok. AC is cold. Limited TV channel tv1,tv2, tv3&sport. Staff hotel is helpful & friendly. Deposit rm50 if you check in to the hotel. Parking free provide by the hotel. The breakfast just ok. Easy to get food & beverage by walking distance.

Staying there for 2 nights for medical check-up at Mahkota Hospital. To Mahkota is around 10-15 minutes walking. Or you could have Grab for 5 minutes. The hotel just close enough with restaurants, and others.
Breakfast is fair enough with the budget. And the taste quite good.

Room is clean, receptionist not very helpful, breakfast selection average (just a small bite). Location with Laundry shop and 7-Eleven convenience, store nearby. Walking distance to Ole, Sayang, Nyonya restaurant.

Time for a bed frame lining & carpet refresher, years old stain everything. Thankfully, bed & pillow white lining are clean. Dirt & webby visible at door frame & tiny rubbish at the corner & hidden from eye sights. 3 stars also can be excellent if do it right.
