My Husband Troy and I went to Taormina, Sicily Italy for my Sister-In-Laws wedding May 11 - 18, and we stayed at the Beautiful Mazzaro' Sea Palace! We chose to stay at Mazzaro' Sea Palace vs in the center of Taormina as I love to be right at the Sea. The staff, Francesco, Fredrico, Vanessa, Enrique, Ciccauo, Katarina, Joe, Franco & Giovanni from the Beach staff....all so welcoming and friendly. The Hotel itself is immaculate, the Service impeccable, all staff is always smiling w/ sincerity. We loved it soo much, we are definitely booking for next May! We are Ritz-Carlton 'people' and the Mazzaro ambience and service was equal if not better!! Wonderful, Highly Recommend! We loved every aspect of our stay. The position right on the beach was perfect and only a couple of mins from the cable car to travel up to Taormina town. All of the staff were super welcoming from the minute we checked in right up until we left. Special shout out to Amadeo on Concierge who was always on hand to support with trip enquiries etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. There is a small gym with a few cardio machines and some strength stations, just enough for a holiday hotel. All in all it was a perfect hotel for our first trip to Sicily and we will definitely be back.

From the time we drove through the gate until we exited Mazzaro and their staff exceeded all expectations. They were lovely! They sent a birthday cake to me on my birthday as a surprise. The details they checked were perfect! The hotel is situated in a stunning bay which makes you relax upon arrival.

Classical Mediterranean beach hotel. Very elegant, excellent staff in every area, impeccably clean. Nice to have beach experience after trekking to Mount Etna or shopping and exploring the beautiful , charming town of Taormina up in the mountain.

Sea palace had excellent service and the staff was very professional. They were always available. The food was fantastic and the view was incredible. They even gave us a selection of different types of pillows for our bed and came by every single night with water and offering to open the bed for us.

I was on vacation in this hotel with a breathtaking view. I stayed 2 nights with my family. '''''' The strong point of this beautiful hotel is its staff! In particular, the housekeeping staff always attentive to every detail and impeccable cleaning twice a day. A round of applause to the housekeeper Valentina and her girls! I hope to come back soon! María Ibarra attended us in the room. He was very kind to me and always kept our room clean and organized. The lady is very attentive and attentive. I am very satisfied with the treatment you gave us. I'll be back next year. I recommend the hotel 100%.

The hotel is beautiful with a great view of the water. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was no charge of extras such as omelets and French toast. The room was tastefully decorated and quiet. We did not hear our neighbors. The front desk staff was cheerful and provided assistances when we requested it. The concierge was very “self-promoting”. We asked for restaurants and cooking class recommendations and each time, the concierge suggested restaurants/cooking class in the hotel. After pushing a bit, we did get two recommendations outside the hotel and the one we tried was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to ask for a room away from the bar since some nights there was music playing until late.

The concierge, Gioaccmino was very warm and welcoming. He could not have been more polite, courteous and extremely helpful in every way imaginable His outstanding service to our needs are commendable. The hotel setting is breathtaking and the service is superb. The entire staff of the hotel made our stay feel like home. The girls at the front desk Flavia and Spefania, Veronica including the entire staff, were a joy to deal with. We compliment Marilena Calabro’ for her kindness and outstanding service. We went for our honeymoon and could not have picked a better hotel or location. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay extra special. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, especially the views. The location was perfect too to escape the hustle of Taormina's centre but only a short 5 minute cable car took you up to experience one of the most beautiful and vibrant towns you'll ever visit. Will definitely be back!
