Hotels Near Kuan-yin Beach in Taoyuan

Nice hotel to stay if you are catching an early flight. Room is big and comfortable. Although hotel said they provide transfer service to and from the airport but the timing is limited. I need to take a taxi that cost NT350 to the airport as their timing doesn’t suit my schedule.

Perfect for a “DIY” airport layover. Jump on the metro for 10 minutes (you can tap a credit card at the gate). Walk for 5 minutes across the car park and over a little wooden bridge and you are there. Very easy, always in sight and well signed. I had a no window room, perfect for my needs. Clean, comfortable, good night’s sleep… Breakfast was more to locals’ tastes but it’s included and there is plenty if you’re hungry, which I wasn’t. One thing to note is there is nothing else near the hotel and sadly no path along the river for an early morning walk.

Location is very sensible, especially if you are doing a transit in Tao Yuan airport. It took us about 20 minutes to get there.  It was very late when we arrived but you have access to 2 supermarkets, which is very convenient.  The room was very spacious where we got two double beds for family of four.

The hotel is very close to Taoyuan Airport, about 10 minutes by car, the hotel also has a shuttle bus to Taoyuan High-speed Railway Station, which is very suitable for passengers who arrive at the station in the morning and evening or transfer to the high-speed rail. The lobby is very wide and the floor is very high. The car is parked at the door. There is a concierge who comes out to greet him. It is very intimate. When you enter the lobby, you feel that the style. The counter staff is very friendly and helpful. The explanation to the guests is very clear. The room is large and there are large windows. The lighting is enough, there is no bathtub in the room type that day. But the toilet space is sufficient and there is a toilet, the bed is very comfortable, the equipment is complete and the tea bags in Beijing Shengyu are provided, the room also has space for luggage and the available space of the desk is more than enough, breakfast is next to the lobby, there are many types of delicious, next to the restaurant is also a small fish pond and garden, I feel very comfortable. The small disadvantage is that there are no shopping facilities, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. around the hotel. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the machine railway station. Qingpu Hotel is also a relatively new hotel, the CP value is really super high, and I will stay again next time.

The hotel environment is good, the whole check in process was fast. The lobby environment is chilling and there's cafe located in the lobby. You can enjoy book and coffee there. Our room get upgraded to a business quadruple room, which is big and comfy. The cleanliness is superb. We felt very satisfied during our stay. Another bonus point is that the hotel have laundry room which you can do your laundry for free during the stay! It's good for traveler who have longer trip in Taiwan.

Convenient transportation location is only a 5-minute walk from Zhongyu Railway Station. The room is comfortable, the hotel is affordable, and the complimentary breakfast is delicious and convenient. It is recommended

The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar. Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.

The location is conveniently close to the airport and rooms were spacious and clean. There’s a small bit of walking if taking the MRT to Linkou station (around 10 minutes of walking). Amenities like toothbrush have to be bought.
