The room itself was decent, but lacked basic amenities like slippers. Hotels should ideally make guests feel at home, but nowadays, they often feel cold and impersonal. The front desk staff offered no more warmth than a self-check-in kiosk. It seems that under the guise of 'environmental protection,' hotels have lost that home-away-from-home feeling.

The rooms are spotless, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The location is also very convenient. This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in town for work. The service is excellent and attentive. It offers great value for money, and there are plenty of fantastic dining options nearby. Highly recommended!

The hotel located is good, there are so many restaurants around.

Rooms were great for family size up to 4 pax - level 4 consisted of themed rooms and a small play area for kids. Breakfast was mediocre. If you're driving, the parking lots are for calls shorter than 1.9m

This was our first stay here since the renovation, and we were a party of three, including an elderly guest. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. I think families with young children would especially appreciate it. The hotel no longer provides amenities like slippers, which you have to purchase downstairs. It's best to bring your own. I have a couple of suggestions: 1) For the breakfast buffet, I suggest covering the food dishes to keep them warm and prevent anything from falling in. I imagine that in winter, the food would get cold very quickly. 2) I noticed that the dining floor can be accessed without a key card. Considering the hotel's location, I think the hotel should pay more attention to security, especially regarding unauthorized individuals.

The overall environment is acceptable by Taiwan standards. However, compared to mainland China, the value for money isn't great. At this price point in mainland China, you'd typically find accommodation several notches higher.

All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They always go the extra miles to my request and enquiry. Room is very spacious. The location is always fantastic, lots of eatery and very accessible both buses and trains. Very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again if I visit Zhongli again.

The hotel's location near Zhongli Train Station is fantastic, with an abundance of dining and entertainment options close by. The facilities are comprehensive and comfortable. My only minor quibble is that the underground parking can be quite challenging to maneuver.

The surroundings were pleasant, and the rooms were also quite spacious. However, the breakfast was a bit simple.

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. It's super conveniently located near the train station, with plenty of dining options and several convenience stores nearby. My only minor suggestion would be for them to provide disposable slippers.

Good location. Many local shops and restaurants nearby. My family loves a big bookstore downstairs.
