The hotel was really clean the staff were helpful and friendly the room is large location is good the cafe was great.

Very bad poor reception. When I checked out, they didn’t return my passport so I missed the flight. When I called the reception number trying to get my passport, nobody could answer the phone, the worst service I have ever seen in the world. Totally ******** is this hotel.

Its almost a 5 star hotel . Nice area, clean rooms, good services. And a nice inside smoking area(pics)but the breakfastshould be for 8-11. Shops are close by. I will recommend this to everyone.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a subway 400 meters away. There are also a variety of food and beverages nearby. The breakfast is very rich. The only problem is that the front desk can only accept US dollars and euros when exchanging foreign currency. I brought Armenian currency with me and could only exchange it for 1/3 of the actual exchange rate.

The room is not big, but it has complete facilities, a refrigerator, and snacks. I stayed in a north-facing room, and I could see the snow-capped mountains directly from the window, which was very beautiful! The service was also very timely!

The room was ok, upgraded to a bigger room. The breakfast is not bad, very rich. During the afternoon break, a cleaning lady came in without knocking on the door to confirm, which is a fly in the ointment.
