One of the most scenic and breathtaking locations in the foothills of the Himalayas overlooking the sacred Ganga, Rishikesh, Dheradhun and Mussoorie. A seven star establishment with outstanding Services, most warm, caring and friendly staff , gourmet dishes at all restaurants were most delicious and sumptuous helpings and heavenly roomswith extraordinary comfort. The spa treatment was divine and took you to another realm.Living above the clouds a truly spiritual experience that must be repeated . World class resort ranking amongst the best globally. This was the most magical experience, from the stunning, magnificent views of Himalayan foothills, Rishikesh and the Ganges, to waking up to a sea of clouds. The elevation and location of this resort was especially unique. The facilities were outstanding, the service delivery, cleanliness, decor ambiance and staff were of the highest standards, an exceptional experience. The staff paid special attention to details and tailored your experience making it special and heartwarming. A special mention to Suryaa, Rijo and chef Pankaj on their kindness and outstanding professionalism. The spa experience was divine as I was transported to a relaxing and serene state by the special expertise of Zwalli. There was a myriad of delicious cuisines from breakfast to dinner. All the Chefs were outstanding and often rotated through the dining areas checking in on your dining experience. As an international traveler from outside of India, this experience has been extraordinary, specifically over the festive season this was a true luxury resort experience to enjoy. I will definitely be visiting this exceptional resort again & telling others to do the same.

We spent 3 days at the resort recently and it was a memorable experience. The views are breathtaking and the rooms are neatly done. When it comes to hospitality, Priyanka and entire team set a high benchmark. The food is delicious with chefs reaching out with recommendations and taking constant feedbacks. They offer a bunch of activities to keep kids engaged. All in all a highly recommended property for a family stay and make profound memories. Keep up the good work team.

Stayed with wife & kids for 2 nights. The hotel is perfect gateway for 2-3 nights with kids. It has 2 game zones suited for kids 2-16 years. The staff & service is amazing. Both Priyanka`s front desk & specially F&B Priyanka were amazing. They went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. The bfast got over crowded on 28th morning but the way Priyanka & her team managed was fantastic, have never seen (with due respect) five star managing so well with table & service with so much crowd. Food taste was also top notch. Also great service by Shailendra in the restaurant. Toya was amazing.

Year Started with Taj Shimla and Ended with Westin Rishikesh - fabulous experience “0” complaints and Suggestions…! Check in to Check out experience was fabulous ; 10/10 thats it. The entire team at the hotel was cooperative + prompt with happy to serve attitude + food was tasty and Variety was good too + rooms were specious and beautifully decorated + staff at bowling alley and TT was cool + SPA experience was relaxing ; want to extend special thanks to Miss Priyanka Bhanage from F&B was more than helpful and her presence made my parents more comfortable at the property. Highly recommend - spend at least 3 nights 4 day's at the property. Thanks to all Westin Team Members for making our holiday special.

This was an outstanding experience with the Westin Rishikesh. Ably led by Surya at the Front Office Operations and Rashi is an absolute star in the making. It was my mother’s birthday during this trip and the team did everything in their power to make it special for her. The spa was heavenly and the breakfast spread at Akasa was delightful. My parents are happy beyond measure and we would surely be back soon for another amazing experience. Thank you team Westin Rishikesh, keep up the great work.

Amazing time at the Westin Himalayas. Great staff, nice ambience, fairly fresh property and great views as long as there is no fog. Thats Westin for you in a nutshell. Food options were plenty and staff were v helpful. FO staff were extremely helpful in patiently explaining the property and also helping us as required. Rajveer was the one who helped us do the checkin formalities and was extremely helpful. We had a baby and wanted this extra help and we got enough help even without asking. The restaurants were really nice and had many helpful folks. Overall a great experience. Thank you for making it very good for us.

As we entered the hotel, we were treated like royalty with hats, fresh juices and a warm and welcoming staff. The trip only continued to get better, as the staff took amazing care of us, the food was some of the best I have eaten during our trip, luxurious rooms, views that stretch for miles and keep you captivated for hours, amenities that need a minimum of 3 days to enjoy. This was by far our best visit to India and would recommend anyone who is planning a trip to this area to always make a stop here. I promise you will never forget the stay.
