We stayed 10 days in August and we loved the location. Right on the beach, beautiful settings, crystal clear sea, with pebbles, very clean. The pools are just a few steps away from the beach, which was perfect for us with two young kids, so that we could easily relocate throughout the day. We always found available loungers on the beach, but it was harder to find them on the pool side. Most of the times, we decided to occupy two loungers by the pool, and then just go for a swim in the sea, to then go back to the pool. Water shoes recommended. They sell them on-site as well. The place is well kept, and clean. The staff is constantly busy working, cleaning, gardening. The food was great for us who like trying different types of food. Lots of stews, different meat, grilled fish every day, carved meat, pastas, rice etc. lots of salads and desserts. It becomes repetitive after a while but I think that's expected. We often had lunch at the snack bar with sea view, it was lovely and breezy. My kids enjoyed the two slides available, the only problem is they are only open two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, one slide at the time. The afternoon one was hard to manage as it was from 2-4pm and we usually tried to get back in the room to rest a bit. Also the thing I didn't quite like was that the pools were closing at 6pm. I think it's a bit early, and sometimes they invited people out at 5:45pm already. Only a small negative though as we always had plenty of sun and swim time throughout the day. Showers facilities available in several points as well. Kids club is alright but mainly Russian kids. They do speak English but because of so many Russians, that is basically the main language for all games. I do think the kids club animation staff are great though. They really work hard all day long. Lots of activities and games. Evening entertainment was quite good. There is an air-conditioned gym, with sea view as well, open from 7am, which I enjoyed using a few times, while the kids were still asleep. The rooms are nice but could be bigger and have more storage. They do not change the beddings very often and we often had to clean the sheets ourselves to get rid of sand. The top bunk bed was never made. They only made the double bed and the bottom bunk bed. The minibar fridge didn't cool much. They are in two-storey buildings, and each room as either a ground floor patio or a first floor balcony/veranda. The Aircon works really well and cools down fast. Ceiling fan also available. Not much English spoken, and we struggled in the snackbar where twice they didn't get out orders right. All in all, the positives outweigh the negative, and as I said in the title there is room for small improvements. We didn't mind them and it was perfect for our family needs. We would definitely go back.

The hotel is not located on the beach, 7 minutes walk from the beach. The car runs to the beach. The area is green and cozy. 2 buildings. Please note that there are rooms without a balcony. The food is good, lots of choice. True fruit is not very. Neither watermelon nor melon was given in autumn. Ice cream is served during lunch and dinner. But in a restaurant with a large number of people - queues and it is difficult to find a free table. Towels are provided, there are plenty of sunbeds on the beach. There are few mattresses. There is a bar on the beach, from drinks - the choice is small, from food - nuggets, burgers, french fries. All. Good hotel, economy option. But Armas beach hotel of the same chain in Kemer for the same price is better.

В отель приехали уже 5й раз. Я и двое детей 6 и 8 лет. Осенние каникулы. Очередной раз прекрасно отдохнули. Ни разу не видела грязной посуды, как кто-то писал в отзыве, ни разу не было очередей в ресторане. Всегда чистые столы, быстрое обслуживание. Чаевых официантам не давали. Так же не видели несчастных животных в зоопарке. Все накормлены и спокойны. Прекрасное чистое море. Дети не болели. Младшей очень нравились занятия в детском клубе, а также детские дискотеки. Появился прекрасный молодой аниматор, очень увлеченный, видно, что ему самому нравятся все эти детские тусовки. Заряжал всех, молодец. Старшему ребёнку уже было не интересно. Это, конечно, минус. Подросткам кроме аквапарка особо развлечений нет. Однако насладиться аквапарк ом не получилось - вода адски ледяная. Но, конечно, зоопарк, море, мороженое и кафе со свежими вафлями с клубникой и шоколадом сделали отдых старшего. Для меня жирным минусом было отсутствие фрешей. Только на завтрак давали апельсиновый, но фрешем я его уже не назвала бы.. Второй жирный минус это работа персональных ассистентов. Поскольку отель несколько изменился со времени нашего последнего приезда, я спросила, где находится кафе мороженое, и где находится кофейня старбакс, эти странные ассистенты ответили мне, что в отеле нет ни мороженого, ни кофе..ещё разок спросила, что насчёт экскурсий, ответили, чтобы обращалась к представителю туроператора. Может быть, так и должно быть. Но в других отелях персональные ассистенты делали нам подборку экскурсий. Ещё добавлю, что впечатления об отеле сильно отличаются в зависимости от того, в каком номере вы проживаете. Номера клуб нам категорически не понравились, тк там шумно, нет солнца, вообще не то. И, конечно, после семейного делюкса на 5 этаже с шикарным видом на море и весь отель, вернуться хочется поскорей.
