We stayed at the Yanzhi Hotel at Xi'an Yongning Gate with our child this time, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the foot of the Yongning Gate city wall. You can touch history just by crossing the road, and taking an evening stroll on the city wall to watch the sunset felt amazing. The front desk service was friendly and efficient; they proactively asked about our child's needs during check-in. The facilities are new, and the room was clean and bright, making us feel very secure staying with our child. The biggest surprise was at check-out; not only was the process quick, but the staff also specially gave our child a lovely little gift, which made our little one so happy. For families with children, this is an excellent starting point for exploring the ancient city. The service is thoughtful, the details are well-executed, and it's highly recommended. The only downside is that the hotel's airport transfer service is a bit disappointing. Regardless of how many days you stay or what room type you book, the transfer is only free for two people, and children are charged extra!

I went straight to the hotel after landing at the airport, but it wasn't check-in time yet. I asked if I could store my luggage, and the staff said yes. The lady who helped me store my luggage was very enthusiastic. Later, when I checked in, I was amazed by my room type – a super huge bed and a tatami mat. It wasn't a cramped little room but a big one. The price was absolutely jaw-dropping for what I got. The hotel isn't far from Xi'an's major attractions, and it's easy to get a taxi. The staff were incredibly warm-hearted and provided excellent service. It's definitely worth staying here. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, very beautiful and artistic. The cleanliness was also exceptional; it was spotless, tidy, and quiet.

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

I traveled to Xi'an with my elderly parents and child, and we stayed for five nights. I want to thank the hotel for the family-like care we received. I initially chose this hotel based on high-end hotel rankings and its location. The entrance in the old city isn't very noticeable, and the lobby is on the 5th floor, requiring an elevator ride. When I first saw the slightly cluttered ground floor, I almost wanted to cancel, but I'm glad I decided to check in first. We had a lot of luggage, and as soon as we exited the elevator, staff were there to help us with our bags to the room and even assisted in combining beds. The check-in process was very smooth, and the overall decor of the hotel is quite good. Xi'an's air is dry, and my child had two nosebleeds. The hotel even provided a humidifier in the middle of the night and changed the sheets twice. What's truly commendable is that everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk and other employees, always worked with a smile. If I had to mention a drawback, it would be the persistent hawkers and touts right outside the hotel entrance, which is a bit off-putting. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon check-in, staff dressed in traditional Tang attire offered warm welcoming tea, and their meticulous service made us feel truly valued. The guest rooms perfectly combine Tang culture with modern comfort. The antique-style furniture is elegant and exquisite, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The most delightful surprise, however, was the private natural hot spring bath right in the room. Sourced from the ancient springs at the foot of Mount Li, the water is smooth and rich in various minerals. Enjoying this luxury in a private setting instantly washed away all travel fatigue. At night, gazing at the starry sky from the balcony and listening to the wind in the mountains, it felt as though I could hear echoes of history. The hotel's exclusive 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service was undoubtedly the highlight of this stay. From hair and makeup to clothing, a professional team meticulously created full Tang-style looks for us. The makeup artist's techniques were delicate, and both the hair accessories and makeup aimed to authentically recreate the splendor of the Tang Dynasty. Donning the gorgeous Tang-era Hanfu, we instantly transformed into characters from a painting. Our photographer was not only highly skilled but also deeply knowledgeable about the history and culture of Huaqing Palace. He guided us through pavilions, terraces, and hot spring pools, choosing the best lighting and angles to perfectly blend the beauty of Mount Li with our poses. Whether it was the languid charm of a concubine bathing or the classic elegance of gazing into the distance from a railing, each photo was like a beautiful ancient-style scroll, immortalizing our Tang Dynasty memories. The entire photoshoot was relaxed and enjoyable, and the results far exceeded our expectations. Summary: A dual feast for body, mind, and culture. This was my first time visiting Xi'an, and after much deliberation, I booked a stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an, Bell Tower – and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location is superb, and the hotel service was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Oliver and Mandy at the front desk. Oliver was efficient and professional with the check-in process and incredibly patient in answering all my questions. Mandy, on the other hand, was attentive to our overall stay experience, proactively helped us plan our itinerary around the Bell Tower, and even gave us thoughtful weather reminders. Their excellent service truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. This is definitely the quality you'd expect from a Four Points by Sheraton!

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

Everything met my expectations for comfort and good service. The room was nicely furnished, very spacious, and felt peaceful and private. The hotel's location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept. I was especially impressed by the staff. The front desk team was very professional and took care of everything we needed. The housekeeping was also excellent—they kept the room spotlessly clean without ever being intrusive. The whole stay felt smooth and relaxed, which is exactly what you want. It’s the kind of consistent, quality experience that makes me definitely want to stay here again when I'm back in Xi'an.

This was my first time visiting Xi'an with my child, and I just randomly booked a hotel. It's super close to the subway station, right outside the door, so transportation is very convenient. The experience was great! When ordering takeout, a robot delivers it, the air conditioning keeps a constant temperature, and the duvet is an all-season one, not too thick. The most important thing is that the 'saizi mian' (noodles) for breakfast were absolutely delicious! [Strong][Strong][Strong] For those traveling with kids, like us, who don't have time to go out specifically for food, being able to have such a great breakfast right at the hotel is incredibly convenient! Xi'an is amazing, and I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time – it's excellent value for money!
