This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, unbelievably close to the subway station entrance—I'd estimate less than 20 meters. You're practically there in a few steps from the exit, which is a huge relief when you're lugging luggage, especially for travelers like us who rely on public transport. Plus, it's very close to the Bell Tower, about 200 meters away, just a few minutes' walk. It was perfect for seeing the Bell Tower at night, and there are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The convenience for getting around is top-notch! The room itself was also a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and tidy overall, with no strange odors. The bedding was spotless and comfortable, and the room was decorated in a cozy way that made you feel right at home. All the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. But the highlight has to be the service from the front desk staff – genuinely warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every interaction showed their professionalism and friendliness. They answered all our questions and even proactively offered local travel tips, making us feel incredibly welcome, almost like coming home. In summary, whether it's the location, room environment, or service attitude, this hotel is simply impeccable. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The stay experience at the Elegant Hotel in Xi’an’s Bell Tower was flawless. The location was exceptional, easily accessible by foot to the Bell Tower and the city walls. “The core attractions were within reach, and the free parking lot was a pleasant surprise within the commercial area.” The hotel exudes Tang Dynasty elegance, with elements of the Tang Dynasty intertwined with non-heritage decorations. From the observation terrace, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the ancient city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the free Hanfu experience and non-heritage printing are highly ceremonial. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making the entire stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. It offers an excellent balance between convenience and quality, making it an ideal place to explore Xi’an. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

The service was great! The front desk staff seemed quite young, but they were very efficient at solving problems quickly. They also have a good selection of toys, including a small building block table and a ball pit for kids. It's not huge, but it's enough to keep a child entertained. I didn't book the cat room; I asked and found out you need to reserve it 30 minutes in advance. Since I wasn't sure about the timing, I skipped it this time. Maybe next time I'll get a chance to check it out.

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

The room was excellent and spacious, even including a study desk, which was perfect for a short trip with kids, providing a great environment for them to study. The hotel is very close to the Bell Tower, with a pedestrian street, several plazas, and a subway station nearby. In short, it's convenient for getting anywhere and doing anything. The hotel staff's service attitude was super friendly; whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone made us feel right at home.

Amenities: Luxury is evident everywhere, not just in the hardware facilities, but also in the highly professional service from everyone. Hygiene: Met expectations. Environment: A hotel located within a scenic area, so the environment gets full marks. Service: After booking, a dedicated butler proactively informed us of important details, inquired about our travel plans, and assisted with ticket booking, transfers, and guidance. They were attentive without being intrusive – highly commendable! The restaurant next to the hotel is also highly recommended. The breakfast provided was of a very high standard, with a rich variety and excellent flavors. Double Huaqing Royal Hot Spring Baoji Pool 1 entry per night: After returning from our outing, the bath had already been prepared for us, which was incredibly thoughtful! 👍 It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Drum Tower and not far from the Bell Tower. With Guangji Street Metro Station just outside, getting around is incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the entire Muslim Quarter is right behind, making dining super easy. The hotel is newly opened but has absolutely no unpleasant odors. The facilities are new and in great condition, and the cleaning staff are meticulous and provide excellent service daily. The room's large TV allows for screen mirroring, which is a comfortable touch, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a big plus! Breakfast is also very rich. You need your room card to access the upper floors. On the 5th floor, there's an atrium, and both the lobby and atrium currently have Christmas decorations, perfect for taking photos. There's also a gym and laundry room on the 5th floor, available for use if needed. Special shout-out to Ms. Leona, who was very patient when we checked in, showing us different rooms to choose from without any hint of impatience. Also, Mr. Oliver provided excellent service and follow-up support, communicating promptly if any issues arose. If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose to stay here. The hotel is quite responsible. Before check-in, they called to confirm I needed a non-smoking room. However, during check-in, I still had to wait for a supervisor to conduct a final non-smoking verification, which was a bit slow; they could definitely improve on efficiency. If you don't have special requests, check-in would be quick, or if you arrive later in the afternoon or evening, rooms might be more readily available. I forgot to take photos of the hotel environment, but you can refer to the official pictures or other guests' photos; they are essentially identical.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

The hotel boasts a grand and opulent lobby. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are quite decent. It's conveniently located, just a 5-6 minute walk from Yongxingfang and about a 10-minute walk to the City Wall. At night, the City Wall is brilliantly lit, presenting a dazzling spectacle. Currently, it's not overly crowded, and you can even catch performances there, which makes for a very enjoyable experience. The hotel staff are proactive and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options that taste quite good.
