ultramanThe hotel breakfast was quite extensive and featured local Shaanxi specialties. The room facilities were also good. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a multi-use building, which detracted from the overall building experience. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Guest UserMy stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority.
The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level.
This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

Guest User**Title: Avoid this hotel ⚡️ Only informed about renovations at midnight? Don't come here with elderly or children!**
**Body:**
Traveling with elderly and children is already tiring, but staying at this hotel was a huge mistake! This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had, with absolutely no service to speak of 😡.
During check-in, they casually mentioned that renovations were happening downstairs and it would be noisy! Why wasn't this communicated earlier? The hotel actually said, ”You can switch to another hotel”... Their emotional intelligence is seriously questionable. In the middle of the night, where do they expect us to go with our family? Seeing my elderly parents and children, I had no choice but to swallow my anger and stay. This kind of hidden information is truly infuriating! 🤬
Before checking in, I messaged them on WeChat asking if they had anything for elderly or children, naively hoping they'd thoughtfully prepare a late-night snack. Turns out, that was just my wishful thinking! Just because it was one minute past ten, the late-night snack was gone, leaving only some plain porridge without any side dishes. Even the parking entrance was incredibly hard to find, which led to a delay in checking in. I'm so exhausted 🤦♀️. Perhaps the service at my previous hotel was too good; they even left warm sweet soup in thermos containers in the room on hot nights. This hotel really pales in comparison!
Pretty facades are all the same; I really can't stay at a hotel with no service! What's the use of having only a beautiful rooftop pool and night view? I hope the hotel addresses these issues and doesn't take guests for granted. Be very careful when choosing a hotel! Don't use your vacation time to test things out! 🙅♀️

Anonymous UserHUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

This Novotel is in a great location close to the Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter. The hotel has so many amenities like afternoon tea, well stocked umbrellas when it rains and washer/dryers. It’s very helpful to be able to wash clothes when traveling. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with a mix of Chinese and international options. There were also some Chinese options specific to Xi’an that I also saw in the Muslim Quarter. The room was comfortable and high tech. Stella at the front desk is the only one who spoke some English and was helpful from the onset to explain everything, answer questions and even helped me to order some food via app as I was unable to do it without a local Chinese number. The only weird thing is there’s no driveway for drop off so you can only get dropped off and picked up in the street.

Guest UserThe overall experience exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star rating! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, so I slept very soundly. The hygiene details were meticulously handled. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and transportation. The soundproofing was good, and it was very quiet in the morning. It offers great value for money, and I would choose this hotel again for my next visit. Highly recommended!

ShuriyatiThe hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

Ordering takeout and having it delivered to my room by the hotel robot was super convenient. I added the customer service WeChat for easy communication. Anything small I needed, like a sewing kit, hangers, or A4 paper for my kids' homework, the hotel robot brought right up. When I requested an extra writing desk, customer service brought it immediately! The breakfast was abundant, a mix of Chinese and Western options. The surrounding area is great for exploring; just grab a bike and see all the sights.

Guest UserChoosing the UrCove by Hyatt for my trip to Xi'an was absolutely the right decision – it truly lives up to its Hyatt sub-brand reputation. When checking in, the two lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. They answered all my questions, meticulously arranged everything according to my requests left on Trip.com (even changing the welcome fruit to sugar-free cherry tomatoes as requested), and upgraded us to a deluxe room directly because of availability.
The lobby on the first floor is spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated. They offer complimentary drinks, and I was particularly happy to see lemon-cucumber water, which is perfect for us elderly folks with diabetes. The room itself was unexpectedly huge! The bedroom, bathroom, and shower room were all exceptionally spacious. The facilities and linens were brand new, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. There were plenty of charging outlets strategically placed to meet various needs. The electric curtains and smart mattress were a godsend for relieving travel fatigue – truly an excellent stay experience.
The hallway carpets and wallpaper were spotless, and the incredibly large elevator lobby on our floor was also tastefully decorated (it felt like the biggest elevator lobby I've ever seen in a hotel!). Even the cleaning staff on our floor were very polite, always greeting guests with a smile and a nod. In the evening, the coffee bar on the first floor offered complimentary eight-treasure porridge and small pickles.
Beyond all that, the hotel's location is truly exceptional. It's just a 7-minute walk to Beidajie Metro Station (from where you can take the subway directly to Xianyang Airport – it's convenient, less crowded, costs 8 yuan, and takes 1 hour and 25 minutes). Alternatively, you can take the airport shuttle (Zhonglou line) to the Bell Tower Hotel, which costs 25 yuan and takes 1 hour and 10 minutes (allow 1 hour and 20 minutes for the return trip). The surrounding snack streets (popular with both tourists and locals) are simply countless – Muslim Quarter, Xiyang Market, Sajinqiao – all within walking distance. You'll find all the popular, 'insta-famous' snacks there. Getting to attractions, the metro, buses, or shared bikes is incredibly convenient.
Next time I'm in Xi'an, I will definitely choose to stay at UrCove by Hyatt again. I highly, highly recommend it!

jinageVery satisfied!
Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury.
Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate.
Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum!
Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.
