The Xi'an Bell Tower Yongning Gate Elegant Hotel is truly a hidden gem! Its prime location is unbeatable – within walking distance of the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. We even had a beautiful view of the city wall right from our window, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room itself features an elegant Tang Dynasty-inspired design, is spotlessly clean, and comes with full amenities, including smart facilities. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff provided thoughtful service, and we even got to experience free Hanfu rental and intangible cultural heritage rubbings. The breakfast was a fantastic mix of Western and Chinese options, with some local specialties thrown in. Whether it's for sightseeing, taking photos, or just getting around, the experience here is top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an!

We stayed in a family suite with our child and the entire experience was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel is quietly located but still close to everything, just a 10-minute walk to the scenic area entrance. The room was spacious, and the bathroom even had special toiletries for children. The biggest surprise was the family-friendly facilities; the kids' play area had a wide selection of toys that were regularly disinfected. The staff were all incredibly patient, proactively helping us store our luggage and recommending family-friendly sightseeing routes. Our child had a blast, and we parents felt completely at ease. I've already recommended it to all the other moms I know!

The hotel is located in the Ankang Hi-Tech Zone. It is very convenient to go to Yinghu Scenic Area from the hotel. In fact, there are several parks by the Han River not far from the hotel, and there are beautiful scenery everywhere. The overall service of the hotel is relatively professional, the decoration is relatively new, the attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly, the pillows are more suitable than other hotels, the bedding is dry and soft, and there is no unpleasant damp smell, which is a plus. The breakfast is OK, with basic types, not particularly delicious but not bad, and the same is true for the buffet dinner, but the freshly fried steak and lamb chops are good. The size of the deluxe king-size bed room I stayed in this time is average, and I will try to book a larger one next time!

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Choosing this hotel for our trip was absolutely key! The location is super convenient; you can walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby is simple yet grand, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patiently answered all our travel questions. Check-in was super efficient, taking no more than 3 minutes. Our entire experience, from the facilities to the service details, was impeccable. The value for money is amazing! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

This was my first time in Xi'an, and I wanted to experience the imperial hot spring culture. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** No need to say much; it's located within the Huaqing Pool scenic area, with beautiful landscaping featuring rockeries and small ponds, truly like an imperial garden. During my visit, some palaces were still under construction. The hotel lobby also had a very grand and Tang Dynasty-inspired feel. I didn't get to visit the outdoor hot springs, so I'm not sure about their environment. **Service:** The service was absolutely impeccable. During my stay, hotel staff would first come to sanitize the private hot spring and then fill it with water in the evening. They even brought complimentary white fungus soup at night. Throughout my entire stay, I never had to carry my own luggage. However, the service attitude at the hotel's restaurant was mediocre. Even though a service fee was charged, we rarely saw any staff. We had to refill our own water and so on. I really don't know what that service fee was for. At the end, when paying the bill, they didn't even bother to ask if we were hotel guests. It was only when we had paid and were about to leave, requesting the hotel's shuttle bus, that they mentioned hotel guests get a discount on dining. They then refunded some money to us. For a hotel of this caliber, it's quite unbelievable.

The room was just okay. When checking in, I asked for a better-located room since I was staying for five days. The front desk staff agreed and spent a long time searching, only to assign me a corner room. It was a very long walk down the hallway, and it had a strange L-shaped design where two doors faced each other at a corner, which would be very awkward if both rooms opened their doors at the same time. I really disliked it. The room window was also very small. Being on the seventh floor facing the street, it was quite noisy at night, with car horns blaring early in the morning which was quite jarring and disturbed my sleep. The hotel offers free Bingfeng soda and sour plum soup, which is a nice touch. Before checking in, I was worried about potential new hotel room smells, but I found no strange odors, which was reassuring. However, the pillows offered no support at all and were uncomfortable. In terms of location, the hotel is a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 6. You can take it to Zhonglou Station and transfer to Line 2, though the transfer walk is quite long. The hotel is relatively close to the Drum Tower, but it's still a bit of a distance if you want to walk to the Bell Tower. Ordering takeout nearby is convenient, as a robot delivers it to your room. You can also send packages to the hotel, and they will help receive them, which is quite convenient. The hotel breakfast is also quite plentiful. After checking out, the hotel reached out for feedback, but I had already left. Tourism is a one-time experience for us, so it might be worth considering a butler-style service, similar to what we experienced at other hotels in Xi'an. This would allow issues to be reported and resolved promptly during the stay, rather than just promising to do better next time.

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

We cannot recommend the Hilton highly enough. The location is excellent. The breakfasts are very good value for money. Laundry is a same day service. Staff are exceptional. A front desk lady, Jane, helped us with bookings to local attractions and went way beyond what anyone could expect to ensure a top class experience. Kitty, a manager in charge of front desk, was equally helpful. Staff cannot do enough for you. At one stage, we were called to check everything about our stay met our expectations.
