During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

The lobby boasts an elegant design, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are from a high-end brand, which was a pleasant touch. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options. The staff are friendly and proactively ask about your needs, always resolving any requests promptly. It's an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! It's also very convenient for reaching many scenic spots, with the historic city wall right outside!

This hotel is located near Muslim Street, surrounded by many great restaurants. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions, and there's a direct shuttle service right across from the hotel entrance to different sights. For a city as well-equipped as Xi'an, the transportation here is truly outstanding. Even before I arrived, the hotel called me to confirm my arrival time and ask if I had any special requests, arranging everything in advance, which was very thoughtful. The front desk ladies were all lovely, patient, and communicative. Politeness is a two-way street, and my stay was very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to a clean and tidy room definitely helped ease some of the fatigue. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. H World Group's standards are truly reliable.

The location is unbeatable! It's right next to the Drum Tower, a 5-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter, and across from Zhonghuan Plaza, which has tons of Shaanxi cuisine. Downstairs, there are roujiamo (Chinese hamburgers) and local Shaanxi specialty shops – you definitely won't go hungry. The room is spacious, and the 1.4-meter bed was comfortable for sleeping with a child without feeling cramped. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness. The bathroom layout was also well-designed. Customer service reached out a day in advance, and a special shout-out to Yolanda! She was very responsive and even informed us about a buy-one-get-one-free offer for breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, a great blend of Chinese and Western options, plus local specialties. The lobby bar offered complimentary double freshly brewed coffee and desserts (for the first day's use): The coffee was delicious, and the cocktails were great, even offering non-alcoholic options. Absolutely fantastic.

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious and varied – mainly Chinese cuisine, but also European options. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel.

The hotel is super close to all the attractions, I could walk to the Bell Tower in no time. The breakfast was awesome too, with local specialties like Roujiamo and Saozi noodles. The housekeeping staff was very prompt with cleaning, and the front desk was fantastic, they even helped me plan my itinerary for a few days, which saved me a lot of hassle. Highly recommend this place, it's great value for money! 😜

Came with my dad but I wish I had brought all my friends and family so they could all experience this amazing accomodation!! Absolutely fantastic experience here, I could not recommend it more! This place is incredibly foreigner friendly with quite a few staff who can speak English and the amenities are beyond outstanding. Even for foreigners who know a fair bit of Chinese like me, it was so easy to talk to all the staff and I felt so at ease. Every picture I took made me think I was nestled in the forests of Japan. From the rooftop gardens, to the tea rooms, to the front communal space, and personal rooms, everything is curated to perfection and tech filled to the max! Expect vintage stereos, vinyl players and projectors at every communal area! All the staff are so friendly and create the welcoming community energy that tremendously enriches your experience in Xi’an. There is also a pub opposite the road for complimentary happy hours, communal hot pots and dumpling making on different nights! I cannot wait to recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I am beyond excited to bring my family and friends back here!

Traveling with kids, we booked a family room which was quite spacious. The breakfast was also good! The location is super convenient, close to Yongningmen subway station, so you can take Line 2 directly from Xi'an North Station without transferring. It's just a short walk to the Yongningmen City Wall, and there's a lantern festival happening now which is beautiful. There are also SKP, Hopson One, and Wangfujing Department Store nearby, making dining and shopping very easy.

Xi'an Hesu Hotel is absolutely divine! A hidden gem with incredible attention to detail for an amazing stay. The location is truly superb, just a 10-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, and super close to Muslim Street and Yongning Gate City Wall. You won't have to go out of your way at all to visit attractions or enjoy delicious food. Downstairs, there are lively snack stalls everywhere, making getting around incredibly convenient. But I especially want to rave about the room experience! The King Koil mattress paired with a zero-pressure pillow was just the right firmness. And the service? Absolutely impeccable! After booking, I received a call from the staff who proactively helped me reserve a parking spot. Upon arrival, everyone greeted me with a warm smile throughout my stay. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly patient and helpful~
