The hotel's environment is beautiful, with both exterior landscaping and interior décor first-rate, truly worthy of being a high-end international brand. They also place great emphasis on integrating with Jincheng's local culture. The lobby ceiling features symbols of the Twenty-Eight Constellations, the Five Grains Restaurant boasts a crucible cultural wall display, and the first floor boasts a paper-cutting art exhibition. In the new consumer era, hotels are no longer limited to simply satisfying basic needs for food and accommodation; they are increasingly about service and experience. I suggest the hotel leverage Jincheng's cultural resources to develop more cultural communication and experience programs. We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

My stay at Wutaishan Marriott Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for visiting temples or exploring the area. The lobby is elegant and inviting, and the staff were warm and attentive. The complimentary warm ginger tea upon check-in was a lovely touch, instantly chasing away the mountain chill. My room was spacious and quiet, with comfortable bedding and underfloor heating ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I especially loved the mountain views from the window; in the mornings, the swirling mist made it feel like a fairyland. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a shuttle service, showcasing their commitment to quality in every detail. This trip, where my mind and body truly relaxed, owes much to the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Wutaishan!

Later I discovered that I was the Nian beast. I came during the Chinese New Year and left after herding the sheep and setting off firecrackers. As soon as the charger was unplugged, it was goodbye again tomorrow. I really miss my childhood. I could just play with a ball all afternoon, or I could Rush to the New Year greeting line, go to the front and ask for sweets. Growing up may be hiding tears in your eyes. You may not have a Happy New Year, but you must have a good New Year! The hotel has a great location, close to the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic; they greeted us as soon as we entered and helped us with the elevator. The room was clean, and we got complimentary mini-bar drinks every day. For two evenings, we craved rice, so we dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The dishes were reasonably priced, and the rice was delicious. Chef No. 2's 'Guo You Rou' (fried pork in sauce) was exceptionally good, even better than the signature 'Guo You Rou' we had elsewhere in Shanxi later on – the flavor was just perfect. On the second night, Chef No. 3's 'Hui Cai' (stew) was also delicious and came in a large portion. Many thanks to both! If you're coming to Yuncheng, stay at Novotel; it's genuinely excellent. (The hotel doesn't ask guests for good reviews, which is great and shows their confidence in their service.)

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

This should be the best hotel in Changzhi, Shanxi. It has a great location. It is adjacent to Changzhi Museum and within walking distance of Guanyin Hall. The floors and rooms are very clean. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the service in the restaurant and at the front desk is very professional. Changzhi is a small city, and Runerlai Hotel is very convenient to reach by bus from the East High-speed Railway Station and the airport. Recommended.

Overall, the service was quite good. There was a minor issue with the water temperature dropping, but the hotel's recovery measures were effective. They promptly upgraded our room and the service generally kept up, so I'd give it a good rating. The hotel looks stunning at night when it's lit up, and there are many diners, so parking spots are usually full. It's super close to Wuyi Square, and a stroll in the evening felt really nice. Hotel guests also get free access to the adjacent Chunyang Palace, which is a nice bonus. Though not large, it's quite distinctive and worth a 30-minute visit.
