Hotels With Parking in Shanxi, China

The appearance and interior of the hotel are very modern and fashionable. The bathroom in the room is separated by dry and wet cleaning. Parking is free. The service is very considerate. It is close to Wanda and not far from the Mural Museum and Outlets. It is very convenient whether staying or traveling. There is also a delicious Chinese and Western breakfast. Worth coming again.

This hotel may seem expensive, but it really is worth it. Super clean public areas and super clean rooms. Bright, light and with a large tv (which you can stream from your phone / laptop) , desk, fridge, kettle, etc... The toilet has a bidet feature which is great. The location is opposite street food vendors and Linfen park. There is no noise from them, so don't worry about it. But it is around a 30min walk / 5 min car to the nearest shopping area, so I'll mark it down a little on location. Facilities are great, great laundry room that also has little items like a lint roller, wool pilling remover, color catching sheets etc... are all provided.  The gym has two technogym treadmills and a rowing machine and bike. All great quality but the gym has no weights at all.  But the cardio machines are very high quality.  Service is great. everyone is super attentive and polite.  The bed is high quality and pillows are lovely. USB A and USB C on each side of the bed.  Wifi is very good and fast, I was able to remote play into my PS5 without issue (just use the streaming TV wifi)  There's a separate desk also. The shower and toilet are separated which means one can shower while the other person can still use the toilet. Towels are great too.  There is one issue I found was that the room was too hot and the AC didn't do much, the staff gave me a desk fan which was helpful.  This hotel may seem costly, especially as many other hotels in Linfen have good reviews, but this is my third hotel in Linfen and this hotel is worth it. If you don't care about the weights in gym then you don't need to think about it and book this place. 

The room is clean and warm, with floor heating and air conditioning. For someone like me who is afraid of the cold, this is definitely the best choice. The scenic spot is just outside the window, and the parking lot is very close, only a 2-minute walk away, and parking is free. The breakfast was also very good. It was my first time to eat steamed buns and fried ham. The table setting is also very artistic. If you travel to Wangjiayuan, I really recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, clean and had all the basics. It also had a purified water faucet. The staff was very helpful. For example they allowed me to store some food in the kitchen fridge and warmed it up for me the next day. The Inn offered me a free transfert from the train station and I was welcomed. The breakfast was Chinese and plentiful. The facilities could be improved, as the kitchen and breakfast place are tiny within a store. The rooms are behind in an old house, which could benefit from some tidying up and refreshing . Overall, I was happy to stay there and would recommend it to people travelling on a small budget. There was no noise at night. The inn was located well.

Great hotel with excellent, helpful, informative, English-speaking staff. Killer location in a quiet laneway just around the corner from all the action of the main food/shopping streets at the heart of the Ancient City. And the hotel is a beautiful space, very traditional and authentic. Hotel organised drivers for me to take me places outside Pingyao.

I like this place very much. The environment is very clean. You can see the Yellow River outside the window. It is very comfortable to live here with friends. The service attitude is also very good. Any problems are solved immediately. The food here is very good at noon. There is waist drum in the evening. The environment and a**osphere are very comfortable. I will definitely come here again if I have the chance next time

Facilities: Intelligent and fully automatic Hygiene: Very tidy. I would like to praise the quilt. It is not damp at all and is soft and fluffy. I am so happy! Bath towels and towels are also dry and refreshing. We also thoughtfully provided a toilet seat! Environment: The appearance looks very comfortable, and the room layout is simple and thoughtful. You can see the mountains from the room, which is pleasing to the eye! Service: The breakfast surprised me. The dishes were not salty at all. They were all freshly fried. They were not good at all! The price is worth it! Next time I come, I will definitely book with him!

Hotel based at the foot of HengShan. You need to park in the ticket buying area (cannot park directly at hotel) staff called beforehand to tell me this and arrange collection at the car park ~ Very helpful staff who collected me from the entrance and took me back to my car after A lovely hotel room with a comfy bed Awesome shower! Beautifully decorated. Shop and restaurant in the hotel as it is the only thing at the base of the mountain. Staff were accommodating of my dietary requirements. Very convenient to step out and begin the hike immediately! Some tea and coffee in the room and perhaps a fridge would have made it even better 😊

A great accommodation experience!! FamilyMart voted unanimously as the best accommodation for this trip to Shanxi, with services that surpass those of first-tier international brands such as Marriott😆😆 Service:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The customer service butler added WeChat the day before check-in, carefully asked us about our estimated arrival time and travel methods, and provided a lot of free consultation along the way😂😂 We encountered congestion on the highway and almost missed the scheduled performance in the evening. The lady was waiting on the roadside early in the morning, led us to the parking lot🅿️, and led us to the theater🎭~ It was a smooth ride~~ She also helped us book a popular restaurant for dinner, saving us the time of queuing! So thoughtful!! Accommodation: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ancient style of ancient city decoration, a different world when entering the courtyard, the room is very spacious and clean ~ The hardware is indeed complete, and small snacks and fruits are thoughtfully prepared ~ The breakfast in the morning is also very exquisite, and there are vegetables, steamed snacks, and cold dishes in the food box for each person ~ Before leaving, we were given New Year souvenirs, including Shanxi old vinegar 😍😍 and Pingyao beef cubes, so thoughtful! ! It’s a pity that the time is limited this time. If I have the opportunity to come again next time, I must stay for a few more days! !

I have to say this is the best accomodation in my entire Shanxi trip in which i stayed in 5 facilities. I truly appreciate the service provided, i got what i needed in a timely manner. As a solo traveller in a foreign country (i can speak simple mandarin, but cannot read chinese), i was glad that the proprieter could pick me up from Pingyaoguzhen station. Although i initiated the request, from then on, about 5 minutes before the train arrived Pingyao, he was proactive to send me a voice message on wechat when he arrived at the station and shared a photo to identify himself. The journey was 15 minutes in the car, followed by a tuk tuk as cars are not allowed to enter the ancient city during the day. The point of entry to the facility is via the north gate, it is a 3 minutes walk to Ma family mansion and about 10 minutes walk to the centre of the ancient city where most of the good restaurants are located. I booked a traditional chinese design room on the ground floor with the dragon-phoenix bed and another day bed. I did not ask, but i guess the facility is an old house that was built more than 100 years ago, there is a sign at the external wall of the homestay that indicate it is a protected building. As it was an old house, i was surprised that the room was clean, just the bathroom was slightly deteriorated (there is no separation of wet vs dry). The blanket in traditional dragon & phoenix design and traditional pillows with seed-like fillings were clean and odourless, i was so glad. Although the mattress was quite thin, it was not hard, i was glad. The proprieter gave me a map and explained the layout of the old city how to get around, where to eat, and help arranged shared car to Qiao family mansion. Upon checking out, i was given a bottle of locally brewed vinegar. The proprieter was not around when i left, he sent me voice message to arrange transport for my trip to the train station. I actually felt sorry when i told him that i booked another place in the more happening area of the ancient city (south gate) after checking out from his place. There are many buggy cars operating in the ancient city, charging ¥10/trip, you can tell the driver your desired destination and he/she will drop you at the door step or the closest drop off point if that area is not accesible.
