Guest UserThe location is excellent, right across from the Yellow River Park. A ten-minute walk along the park leads to the Dunhuang Art Museum. The hotel staff were also very helpful. However, the hotel needs to improve its communication with guests regarding important operational details. For example: 1. In some room types, the wall power outlets for the hairdryer aren't powerful enough. Guests need to use an additional outlet installed inside the drawer. This isn't communicated in advance, so how are guests supposed to know? My hair stayed wet for ages, and I couldn't tell if the hairdryer was broken or if there was another issue. 2. While relaxing in the room, all power suddenly shut off, the curtains closed, and the room became completely dark, which really scared my child. The power also went out again in the middle of the night. This happened in both rooms we booked. After inquiring, we were told that if the power card isn't inserted, the smart infrared sensor automatically cuts power if it detects no movement in the room. The premise of this design is that the infrared sensor must function correctly; otherwise, a sudden power outage significantly disrupts normal use. At the very least, guests should be informed of this mechanism beforehand. 3. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling, and I didn't know why. After a technician came to the room, we learned that some room types have a hidden dual-channel control switch. The AC's in-room control needs to be set below 23 degrees Celsius to activate the cooling mode; otherwise, it only operates as ventilation. This also needs to be communicated to guests in advance! I hope these issues can be improved.

Title: An Unforgettable Oasis of Hospitality - A Solo Traveler's Dream!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I cannot recommend this exquisite home stay highly enough! My five-day visit was nothing short of perfection, from the moment I arrived until my warm departure.
As a female solo traveler from abroad, safety and welcome are my top priorities, and this family went above and beyond to make me feel like part of their home. My journey began with a incredibly gracious complimentary pick-up from Dunhuang airport, which immediately eased any travel fatigue.
The hospitality only blossomed from there. The host family provided me with such genuine individual attention, offering personalized advice for visiting the breathtaking Crescent Moon Lake and the awe-inspiring Mogao Grottoes. Their tips were invaluable and helped me experience these wonders to the fullest.
Now, the food! Each meal was a delight—authentic, home-cooked, and prepared fresh with so much care. It was truly delicious and gave me a real taste of local cuisine.
My room was a haven of comfort and cleanliness, kept absolutely spotless throughout my stay. A wonderful daily touch was the replenishment of complimentary beverages: refreshing peach tea, pure water, and delicious coconut water—perfect after a day of exploring the desert.
The most touching moment came upon my departure when the hosts presented me with exquisite souvenirs from the Mogao Grottoes. It was a gesture of such kindness and generosity that I will forever cherish.
This home stay is a gem, perfectly suited for solo travelers seeking a safe and welcoming environment, couples looking for a unique retreat, or families wanting an authentic experience. I am already counting down the days until I can return next summer. A heartfelt thank you to the most wonderful hosts!

I was very satisfied with the room and the service was excellent; the front desk responded very quickly. Especially Owen, the manager, who recommended their Chinese restaurant when I asked him for recommendations. We ordered several signature dishes and shrimp roe noodles, and it was a pleasant surprise – the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Thank you, Manager Owen, for the recommendation!

Guest UserIn gernarl the hotel is ok - clean, nice rooms and helpful staff. But it lacks lots of attention to detail. The upstairs terrace was dirty and not preperd to use (contrary to what the pictures on trip.com show). The area around the swimming pool could also look better and cleaner. Also, we arrived at 15.00 and our room was still not ready.
Lots of good street food abalible for breakfast around the hotel. And the hotel has very good coffee.

Guest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

Guest UserThis hotel is great! The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and being on a high floor, the view was fantastic. We booked this hotel for both the start and end of our major loop trip. When we were considering adding breakfast, the front desk recommended Mo Gou Yan Beef Noodles, a famous old establishment nearby, which was less than a 5-minute walk away. We ended our trip perfectly with a relaxing bath. Thinking about my child's upcoming final exams, the front desk even helped print some homework for them for free! I highly recommend this place to anyone stopping in Lanzhou.

Dananshan1The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of the Yellow River and the main city, truly first-class! The hotel service is also excellent, and all kinds of facilities are well-equipped. If I ever come back to Lanzhou, this will definitely be my top choice for accommodation again! It's not far from Jinqiang and Mogouyan beef noodles, both are delicious, but Jinqiang's beef feels a bit softer and more fragrant!

The hotel itself is clean, and some of the staff members are friendly. Prior to my arrival, I had shipped a package to the hotel and requested that they hold it for me; however, a different staff member claimed they had no knowledge of the shipment and returned it to the sender. This incident completely threw my schedule into disarray. On the day of my departure, I asked the front desk to hail a taxi for me, but the staff member replied that they didn't have any taxi numbers on hand and told me to go outside and flag one down on the street myself. The parking attendants were no different; they didn't lift a finger to assist. In most hotels, staff members typically go out to the street to hail a taxi for guests, so this level of service was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope that the hotel will strive to improve not only its physical facilities but also the quality of its service.

The rating is based on the premise of price.
The hotel is about 1km east of the Leitai Han Tomb. There is an underground garage and convenient parking. Next to it is the [Han Tang Tianma City]. It is not in the city center. If you want to go shopping, you need to take a taxi or drive there.
Now it is off-season, and the hotel upgrades the guest rooms. Anyway, they open some areas to concentrate guests to reduce consumption, and guests also get benefits. The price is indeed cheaper than the peak season.
The breakfast is OK. After all, it is off-season.
The hotel is also new, and there is no problem with the facilities and equipment. It is quite good.
I gave 4 points for service because at the front desk, they said that they could not find the reservation. I couldn't bear to take the money for a refund of one, so I reminded the front desk to check it out. If I called Ctrip Room at that time, someone would have to pay money. The front desk replied that the group's direct order had not been received. I think there is another possibility that ebooking missed the order. The front desk manager handled it well. He took my platform order and let us check in first, and they will deal with it. If this situation occurs in the peak season, it will be great. I will order a refund of one.

Guest UserThe room facilities are great, especially the mattress and pillows which are incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness is also top-notch. The hotel is located right in the city center, sharing a complex with the Jiaminghui Center, making dining extremely convenient. Upon entering the room, the staff thoughtfully delivered fruit and yogurt. Since our train was in the evening, the front desk lady kindly offered us a late check-out.
