Good location near Geneva Lake and from the airport. Train station and public transport very accessible. Room size adequate though bathroom configuration is a little strange. If you are driving, be aware the basement garage access is extremely tight and if you have a big car, good luck not getting it damage, like I did. Breakfast is good too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though it was on the high $ side. But all of Switzerland is $$ side.

This hotel has one of the worst service and very unresponsive. I would urge everyone who may want to book this place to think twice. One of the worst hotel experience I have and when I contact their customer support they were not helpful and only blame Trip.com . I had trip.com contact them and they also couldnt get in touch with the hotel.

5 mins walk from train station, and 3 mins walk to all famous streets and shopping centres, hotel staffs are very nice , allow you to check in early if room available, lots of Asian foods restaurants around there.

I recently stayed at Novotel Genève Centre and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Lake Geneva and major attractions. Staffs were very rude. Don’t know the meaning of hospitality at all. Location was good, and rooms were average as per the price we paid for.
