Evergrande Hotel Tianjin

The service is very good. The front desk lady is very pretty and enthusiastic. Wang Yaqing and Mo Yanjuan provide excellent service.

During the May Day holiday, I traveled with my elderly and chose to stay at the Tianjin Evergrande Hotel. I originally planned to stay for two days, but due to the sudden physical condition of the elderly, I left after only one day. When checking out, I would like to thank Hu Weiwei and Wang Yaqing, two employees, for taking the initiative to help coordinate the check-out procedures, and for asking and helping the elderly. They provided great help and made us feel very warm. I would like to give a thumbs up to the high-quality service, perfect facilities, and especially the high-quality staff of the Evergrande Hotel. I absolutely praise it and look forward to coming again next time. I would also like to thank Ctrip for its service. The Ctrip employee who assisted with the formalities by phone, I forgot to ask her name, and she also actively gave care and help. I felt warm everywhere. I like Ctrip's service, thank Ctrip, and believe in Ctrip.

The hotel is next to the Panshan Scenic Area; parking is convenient in the courtyard; supporting leisure and entertainment projects are complete, and a few are free; it is convenient to eat in the hotel and near the scenic area; the room is spacious and has a balcony; it's just a bit stuffy without air conditioning in this season, but the waiter quickly brought a floor fan; the buffet breakfast has many varieties and the taste is average; the duty managers Xin Yang and Hu Weiwei are very enthusiastic, and gave small gifts before leaving; I will consider staying here next time I visit!

The room is nice, the view is beautiful, but the service is average (except for the staff at the front desk). We booked a Green Oxygen Deluxe King Room, but only one quilt was provided. I asked for an extra quilt and was told that there were no extras. I found it incredible. Even if I were two adults, I could ask for two quilts, right? What's more, we brought a child with us. In the end, they said they coordinated one quilt... I really don't understand why 🧐 didn't have a quilt and rejected my request so directly. This is the first time I've encountered this. Maybe I asked too much🤷♀️

The hotel is in a good location, at the foot of Panshan Mountain, and a five-minute walk from the entrance of Panshan Scenic Area. We traveled there after the Qingming Festival, and there were not many people, and the environment was comfortable. The hotel service was very good, and the front desk manager, Mo Yanjuan, was very enthusiastic and upgraded us to a lake view room. Overall, it is a good choice for tourists coming to Panshan.

We decided to travel before the Qingming Festival. Many hotels in the suburbs were fully booked, so we booked here for two days. Four adults and one baby, we booked a king-size bed room and a standard room. After checking in, we found that the room where the baby stayed was very cold. We contacted the front desk with a try-it attitude. The front desk manager was very patient and thoughtful. He upgraded the baby to a suite and had a lot of fun. The playground is very large, but the only thing is that there is no heating, the ground is cold, and it is a bit uncomfortable to stay for a long time.
