我出門都喜歡訂民宿，覺得比賓館性價比高，有時候還能自己下廚，這次來天津定了這家，感覺天津可能不算旅遊發達的城市，所以民宿這一塊做的不是很完善，當然我衹入住了這一家，其他的先不予評價
首先説一下優點，位置在離火車站不遠的小區，樓下超市飯店很多，也很熱鬧，位置也很好找，入住什麼的都很方便，房東給的地址説明、攻略遊玩都很詳細，房子不大但是隔音不錯，熱水也蠻充足
周邊有兩個地鐵站，差不多都是距離1公里左右吧，我們走路其實感覺還好，但是不太適合比較懶得小情侶，去地鐵站沿途有很多早餐店，還有房東推薦的二姑包子，都很好吃不踩雷
最後就是酒店的環境問題，整體下來感覺還是比較乾淨的，但是廚房的電器實在是有點慘不忍睹，冰箱和電飯煲上面一層灰，我們本來是想自己做點吃的，一看這種情況果斷勸退了，希望房東收拾衞生的時候注意下這點，雖然不是每位入住客人都會使用，但是這屬於房子的一部分衞生問題，還是要注重一下，再來就是床單被褥，看起來有些老舊了，很不乾淨，雖然我出門都會帶一次性的四件套，但是還是希望能改善一下
我們入住了兩天，綜合下來入住體驗還算可以，但是不會二次購買了，以上所説的點希望能改善一下，不然會缺少很多回頭客呢～
