We have been this weekend, and the deal has been excellent, since the first time, calling the reception to inform me , passing by reception, as well as in the dining room and restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. My first impression of the hotelroom was WOW! Nicely decorated, clean and the hall to the hotellroom was beautiful. The hotell is close to the center with a walkingdistance of bearly 10 minutes. The hotel lies in a quiet area but the walls at the hotellroom are not soundproof since it is an old hotell. There is a restaurant at the hotell, we didnt eat there so I cant say anything about this. However I can say some about the breakfast. It is a big dining room and you have everything you need. It was however the first time the staff yelled at me in the breakfast buffé at a hotell, without me knowing what I did wrong cause the staff asumed that I talked spanish. Apparantly I stepped in to a place where only the staff may be, even though it was an open area and not closed of. There was no signs whatsoever in the breakfast saying that you may not pick the breakfast by yourself or make the coffee by yourself. If this is related to covid, I wonder howcome you can take juice by your own? Why I wonder is because there is a pipe that you have to lift up with your hand to pour your juice and there are no gloves anywhere to use. That was quite an wakeup so that is my reason to why I wont choose this hotel again. The service wasent top quality and lacked basic empathy.

The location is great for seeing the town. You are on the doorstep of all of it and we had a good view from our room of the viaduct. It is near the bustops but this is not a problem and the triple glazing meant no noise in the room at night. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk (also a Burger King and McDonalds should you want). Parking - is very close. I did send an email to the hotel to enquire how it works but got no reply. You park in the public car park right outside the hotel and then the hotel give you a discount card, one for each night you stay. Take the card you got when you enter, present it at the payment station, then present your discount card. Then you will be allowed out. Welcome was efficient and friendly. The room is VERY tired. Our room faced the main road so we had a good view of Segovia. Bed, we asked for twin but got a double, too tired to bother changing rooms. The bed was firm, which we like but pillows were bolster style, which is not good for sharing. Luckily there was a spare in the cupboard so we could have one each. Fridge in the room which was useful. The decoration in the bedroom is dated and shabby but it is the bathroom which is from about 1950s and really needs to be updated. Shower over bath not very good and took a while for the water to come through but it functioned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall (not a place for a honeymoon I would suggest). There is no rooftop bar which was one of the attractions but there was plenty to do elsewhere. There is no safe in the room and the air conditioning is so loud you can't really have it on and try to sleep. Overall if you want just a stop on travels this is OK but for no more than one night.

This hotel has so much potential but is let down with its lack of essential amenities such as in room Tea & Coffee making facilities and its dated decor (can't emphasise how much!)...etc. It truly is a 2-star hotel that really doesn't pack any major punches except for its location which is handy to all the major travel sites, bars and restaurants. The attached restaurant is adequate and breakfast was a real hustle & bustle due to the tight environment. At times, the restaurant attendees appeared a bit flustered as they navigated their way through tight areas. We were here visiting familia and quite a few of us. A subtle gesture of a board welcoming our fanily, would have gone a long way. Afterall, we generated quite a bit of revenue for them.

Wow wow wow From the moment you start to drive into Segovia you are left breathless it is stunning You can not park in the walled city so you have a walk to the hotel Comfortable shoes is a must The hotel is beautiful very friendly staff and extremely helpful Room was very clean spacious bathroom huge A must to visit is the cathedral and the castle both have a very small entrance fee The climb up the castle tower is worth the 152 steps for the stunning view

Nice staff, good connection to the attractions with the bus for 1euro per route, all come 15-20 min. Roomservice top

Infected breakfast and poor service and staff of unpleasant psycho-rigid room (including preventing you from taking a empty table because dressed for 4 while you are 3 (including the reason, it's a lot of work to remove a cover!!??? Then give the same table to another family of 2 or 3). Food: infected and cold eggs and larvae; raised jams; dry bread; big buffet but with nothing good. They would better do less, but qualitative! Heavyly not recommended.

The apartments are in an amazing location in the historic centre of Segovia, and it was fabulous to look out over Plaza San Martin. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The apartment is well equipped, but a lot of space was taken up with the kitchen area, and it would benefit from a little more storage space for luggage.

The triple room is very spacious and comfortable. The room is retro. There is a refrigerator. The safe. The parking lot is very convenient. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the big aqueduct. There is Diatiantian Supermarket DIA nearby.
