friendly and polite staff, room is clean, close to Yoshima station and 15-20 mins walk to JR Ueno station.

Close to Familymart, 7/11, and many MRT options. Great service as well! Room size was quite tight for 4 adults (esp with tons of luggage like us) but other things about the room was great. Would like to note that this is airbnb-styled hotel so they don't do cleaning unless it's a long term stay. But overall it was a great stay :)

The front desk staff is polite and helpful, and the hotel lobby is well-kept and organised. In order to welcome recently arrived guests, the lobby also has water and coffee.

Good hotel, apartment, convenience

Clean room, great location

This is the most satisfactory apartment hotel during the whole trip. The room is "small but complete". Although the area is not large, it has all kinds of electrical appliances, a small kitchen and various kitchen utensils.

The hotel is a bit far from Ueno, but close to Yushima subway station. There is a convenience store across the building, which is quite convenient. The hotel is in the form of an apartment. The room has cooking facilities, which is convenient for a family trip. The service attitude is friendly.

Although it is a 3-star hotel, this brand of hotel has a unified room hygiene standard, the service staff is very good, and the hotel can store luggage before and after check-in or check-out. There are many places to visit nearby.

A very satisfying experience!!! The hotel is very clean! The suite is very suitable for family travel!! The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the washing machine is also very convenient. It is not in the city center so it is relatively quiet. The hotel is about 200 meters away from Tangdao subway station, which is very convenient. The nearby shopping malls and convenience stores are all within a 10-minute walk. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and there is a happy hour on Friday! Very satisfied 👍 Recommended for family travel

The location is both prosperous and quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Family Mart and the entrance to Yushima Subway Station. The hotel staff are very polite. Our family of four shared a room. The area is not too small. It is highly recommended! 

**It takes about 10 minutes from Sei Ueno Station~! It's easy to find, and the facilities are clean and nice. However, I think the coffee pot wasn't maintained~ It's probably similar in other places.. ㅎㅎ It didn't seem to be cleaned. There was also a microwave, and the refrigerator was quite large!! Except for the coffee pot, the front desk staff spoke English very well and were very kind!! It said that drinks at the front desk were free during happy hour~

The best thing about the hotel is the slippers, which are much more comfortable than similar hotels. Even the slippers in five-star hotels are not as good as this one. I couldn't bear to throw them away when I left, so I took them home and continued to wear them. The room is well-equipped. Although it is not big, it has everything it needs. The location is also good, not far from Ueno Park and Akihabara.
