No Doubt, it’s always my choice when in Tokyo, JR station just right to next, 3 mins walk distance. 7-11 5 mins, family mart, McD and more…

excellent location just 2mins away from Tabata station, which made other spots in Tokyo super accessible as it's on the Yamanote line. the station was easy to navigate (vs other stations where you might get lost with ur luggage) which i like!
the room is comfortably large for 1 large luggage and there was daily room cleaning. my only gripe is that there is no front desk staff, so you can't forward your luggage to/from this hotel, nor store it. it also does not provide the full set of amenities that many hotels offer (e.g. comb, skincare, qtips) but it's just a small inconvenience. would stay again!

It is cleaned regularly every day. The hotel has good sound insulation. I never heard the sound from the next room. The whole hotel is very clean and I feel good. However, the service staff will not clean when we are in the room. If we get up late, we will miss the cleaning time. Although the communication is not very smooth, the service staff is very patient and friendly and communicates through an interpreter. The experience is good.

First of all, the distance advantage of being close to Tabata Station on the Yamanote Line was the best, and also
I didn't use the theater function because I was using it with my children, but I think it was good enough that I would like to use it in the future.
It was clean and had just the necessary amenities, which was nice.

The room is very clean, the facilities are basically complete, and it is cleaned every day. It is very quiet at night and there is no noise at all. There is a convenience store downstairs where you can buy food. It is very close to the subway station. It only takes half an hour to go to places like Shibuya. Good reviews.
