Briefly describe the situation of the hotel: First of all, we booked it because of the self-service check-in and geographical location. However, on the day of check-in, we found: 1. Hygiene problem: the light at the door was on and the heater was on, there were used towels on the hair in the room, on the floor and in the washing machine, and there were no indoor slippers or bathroom slippers. 2. Hotel customer service problem: After discovering the hygiene situation, we called and contacted the customer service as soon as possible, and got the final result of the refund of the cleaning fee. Then we asked how and when to refund the cleaning fee, and asked me to contact the Ctrip platform, but the platform is currently unavailable. 3. I encountered a hotel check-in problem in a foreign country, but I am very grateful for the assistance and communication of the Ctrip platform and customer service. I would like to thank them here!

The password problem has affected the guests next to me (he said it has happened many times and he doesn’t know what to do). I hope the host can make it simpler and clearer. Please remember that there are 2 URLs to enter before you can get the password~ Don't be like me, who stood outside the door for more than an hour, calling to no avail, waiting for customer service's response but not immediately, and I was scared to death. It was very difficult for me to move on the basket, and the steps were relatively high. Nearby is Nishi-Okawa Station, and the rhythm is not strong, so keep quiet. In addition, there are civilian canteens (delicious and cheap) and convenience stores that close until 22:00. The room is very clean. The location is good, not far from the BTS.

The biggest surprise is the convenient transportation and living. It is close to Xidajing Station (the noise of the train is not loud, but the noise of the car is a bit disturbing), a 24-hour fresh food supermarket, a drugstore with tax refunds, and an affordable canteen. The landlord did not prepare enough replacement products. A family of three booked for four nights and only gave two small bags of 10g laundry detergent, a roll of toilet paper, and no extra garbage bags, which was really not enough. One of the mattress springs in the double room also had problems. I had to find a spare mattress and put an extra layer when I came back late at night. Anyway, I searched Ctrip and Airbnb, and there was no choice with a better value for money.

It was good that it was in a good location to return to the accommodation no matter where I was touring, such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Ginza, and Tokyo Tower. The facilities were good and it was a very comfortable accommodation for 3 days. I think I will visit again next time.
