Good location The staff are very nice and have been helpful. The hotel is located at city centre, only 5 minutes walk from underground mall which has wide variety of food and shops.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from Tokyo Station and very close to Ginza.

The hotel is not far from Tokyo Station. You can walk to the underground shopping mall in a few steps. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The room is a bit small and the facilities are complete and clean. The breakfast is also very rich.

The room is large and comfortable, the curtains are good for blackout, good sound insulation and the location is not a big road, very quiet. The front desk clerk speaks good English and responds quickly to requests. recommend

First of all, I was surprised by the atmosphere that was completely different from the image from the exterior of the building, which lacked a sense of cleanliness and was baptized. In particular, the extremely unclean system of placing messages from the front desk on the floor under the room door was unbearable. I was looking forward to having a drink at the front desk, but on the way to get it, I saw a lot of message cards on the floor and felt sick and stopped asking for it. Even if a drink is prepared with the hand that exchanged that filthy card. The room felt smaller than the square meter displayed, and the actual interior was quite different from the stylish interior shown in the photo, and it was a mess. The room, furniture, walls, washroom, all did not feel clean, especially the cloth under the bed was dragged to the floor for a long time and it was very dirty. The table is too small and there is no space to put things properly. When you open the door containing the refrigerator, the door of the safe will face you, so you have to hold it while opening the refrigerator. Is the appearance of the hand wash in the bathroom also important? It was very difficult to use because it only came out a little bit and flew away. Only the bathtub was large and beautiful. In general, business hotels that cost 10,000 yen per night were ranked higher.

The name tells the whole story here. However, that name means something as the Courtyard provides a solid choice in the heart of the city with easy access via the station. The hotel offers a bit more extras with a nice breakfast buffet in the morning at the restaurant below and some lobby snacks for Marriott elites in the evening. The staff is very friendly and wants to help. The rooms are a touch small from a western perspective but are still adequate and clean.

Location close to Tokyo station and Ginza Metro line are very convenient and make exploring the city easy. The staff are very accommodating and we loved having coffee available 24 hrs a day. As a platinum member, there were also complimentary appetizers in the evening, and self service beer, wine and assorted non alcoholic beverages available anytime. The only drawback of the hotel are the small rooms, but really our upgraded room was fine. The restaurant downstairs is adequate, the breakfast is more basic than other properties, but it was fine.

My room was small, even after upgrade. This is the only negative about this hotel. Staff helpfulness and customer service in this hotel are simply remarkable. My coworker came in the morning one day before the train and they gave me breakfast coupon for him, even though I told them he is not staying in the hotel. If you are platinum or higher Bonvoy member then drinks in the cooler in the lobby area are unlimited 24/7. Breakfast in the restaurant is not great, but quite good. Short walk to Tokyo Station was a big plus for us. Several good restaurants are within 5 min walk.

We had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard Tokyo Station. The rooms were a nice size, my travel companion was 6'3" and was comfortable in the room. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. It is located within walking distance of the Tourist Information Center, several subway stations, and the Bullet Train,

But the location is great. This hotel is just a couple of short blocks from Tokyo Station and less than that to a subway stop with access to the sites of Tokyo. The hotel has more going for it than just the great location. Our room was small but neat and functional. The shower was excellent and the toilet was a Japanese treat. Included with the room were slippers and a robe. The robe was more like a large night shirt but was still a robe. For Marriott Platinum Elite and above, a superb breakfast was included and snacks were available in the lobby 24/7. Snacks included beer and soft drinks, chips, candy, ice cream. After 5:30 p.m., smoked salmon and some cold cut were always available. This was an excellent perk! Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

I spent 1 night at the hotel and did not bother exploring the various hotel amenities apart from the hotel room itself. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Tokyo Station, less than a 5-minute walk from the east / Yaesu side entrance/exit. The location is perfect if catching a train at Tokyo Station is your primary concern. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional. English is spoken/understood very well by the staff. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor of the building the hotel is situated in. The hotel's décor is modern and pleasant. A hotel restaurant is available on the 1st floor/entrance to the building. I did not dine there as there are plenty of restaurants available in the vicinity of the hotel. A 7-Eleven convenience store is situated across the street. An ATM is available. My room had twin beds. It is modern yet basic. The room is most likely a prefabbed modular unit. Clean, functional, and small, no more no less. No view to speak of except the street below. The compact bathroom, like the bedroom, is clean and functional. The Wi-Fi worked well. I did not browse the TV station options offered. Staying at this Marriot-Bonvoy hotel was expensive, ~500 USD per night. At this price point, I did not feel that the hotel was worth it. The small room would make any extended stay uncomfortable unless you are a solo traveler. I suggest looking for a room at a Japanese business hotel chain. You will most likely find a similar hotel room for a far lower price since you are paying a premium here for staying at an international/non-Japanese hotel.

Stayed twice last week, 2 nights and three nights. Got upgraded room both stays. Deluxe room and Creators. Creators room has a small desk, which was nice. Closet is tiny, the only negative. The lounge area has unlimited drinks (including beers and wine) and snacks for Platinum and higher members - available 24/7. I’ve never seen that in any Marriott before; come to think I’ve never seen 24/7 Happy Hour before in any hotel. Staff was very nice. Short walk to Tokyo station.

The Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station is not a stand alone building, but the upper floors of an office building. The reception counter is on the 4th floor and the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. A very good buffet breakfast is available on the first floor at a private restaurant....you can arrange this amenity through your reservation. The neighborhood is not the most active, but there is very easy access to the metro system and the train station, so it is actually a good location if you do most of your sightseeing during the day. I think the room prices are more reasonable because it is not in a Tokyo "hot spot". The rooms are large enough and the service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms in this hotel are really small, but being close to Tokyo Station is really nice. The hotel is in an office building so the lobby isn’t on the main floor. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the ground floor, which had a nice variety of food.
