Good location The staff are very nice and have been helpful. The hotel is located at city centre, only 5 minutes walk from underground mall which has wide variety of food and shops.

The hotel is not far from Tokyo Station. You can walk to the underground shopping mall in a few steps. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The room is a bit small and the facilities are complete and clean. The breakfast is also very rich.

The room is large and comfortable, the curtains are good for blackout, good sound insulation and the location is not a big road, very quiet. The front desk clerk speaks good English and responds quickly to requests. recommend

First of all, I was surprised by the atmosphere that was completely different from the image from the exterior of the building, which lacked a sense of cleanliness and was baptized. In particular, the extremely unclean system of placing messages from the front desk on the floor under the room door was unbearable. I was looking forward to having a drink at the front desk, but on the way to get it, I saw a lot of message cards on the floor and felt sick and stopped asking for it. Even if a drink is prepared with the hand that exchanged that filthy card. The room felt smaller than the square meter displayed, and the actual interior was quite different from the stylish interior shown in the photo, and it was a mess. The room, furniture, walls, washroom, all did not feel clean, especially the cloth under the bed was dragged to the floor for a long time and it was very dirty. The table is too small and there is no space to put things properly. When you open the door containing the refrigerator, the door of the safe will face you, so you have to hold it while opening the refrigerator. Is the appearance of the hand wash in the bathroom also important? It was very difficult to use because it only came out a little bit and flew away. Only the bathtub was large and beautiful. In general, business hotels that cost 10,000 yen per night were ranked higher.

I spent 1 night at the hotel and did not bother exploring the various hotel amenities apart from the hotel room itself. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Tokyo Station, less than a 5-minute walk from the east / Yaesu side entrance/exit. The location is perfect if catching a train at Tokyo Station is your primary concern. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional. English is spoken/understood very well by the staff. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor of the building the hotel is situated in. The hotel's décor is modern and pleasant. A hotel restaurant is available on the 1st floor/entrance to the building. I did not dine there as there are plenty of restaurants available in the vicinity of the hotel. A 7-Eleven convenience store is situated across the street. An ATM is available. My room had twin beds. It is modern yet basic. The room is most likely a prefabbed modular unit. Clean, functional, and small, no more no less. No view to speak of except the street below. The compact bathroom, like the bedroom, is clean and functional. The Wi-Fi worked well. I did not browse the TV station options offered. Staying at this Marriot-Bonvoy hotel was expensive, ~500 USD per night. At this price point, I did not feel that the hotel was worth it. The small room would make any extended stay uncomfortable unless you are a solo traveler. I suggest looking for a room at a Japanese business hotel chain. You will most likely find a similar hotel room for a far lower price since you are paying a premium here for staying at an international/non-Japanese hotel.

Stayed twice last week, 2 nights and three nights. Got upgraded room both stays. Deluxe room and Creators. Creators room has a small desk, which was nice. Closet is tiny, the only negative. The lounge area has unlimited drinks (including beers and wine) and snacks for Platinum and higher members - available 24/7. I’ve never seen that in any Marriott before; come to think I’ve never seen 24/7 Happy Hour before in any hotel. Staff was very nice. Short walk to Tokyo station.

It's quite conveniently located. The property, however, is not befitting of the Marriott brand name. The rooms were sp****ly furnished and paled in comparison to the Osaka counterpart. E.g., no bathroom scale, no back-rub towel.

The Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station is not a stand alone building, but the upper floors of an office building. The reception counter is on the 4th floor and the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. A very good buffet breakfast is available on the first floor at a private restaurant....you can arrange this amenity through your reservation. The neighborhood is not the most active, but there is very easy access to the metro system and the train station, so it is actually a good location if you do most of your sightseeing during the day. I think the room prices are more reasonable because it is not in a Tokyo "hot spot". The rooms are large enough and the service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms in this hotel are really small, but being close to Tokyo Station is really nice. The hotel is in an office building so the lobby isn’t on the main floor. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the ground floor, which had a nice variety of food.

I stayed many weeks in a row at this fantastic hotel right in the heart of Tokyo. Apart from the excellent rooms and great facilities, the key to the experience was the staff. The staff here are the kindest, warmest, most helpful, and very professional hotel staff in the world. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you and ensure that you are comfortable and feeling at home. Staying at this hotel truly feels like you are staying with family who take care of all your needs. From the staff at reservations, to the front desk, to the excellent restaurant/bar called Lavarock, to the housekeeping. All are excellent and provide the best example of courteous and kind service and support. Ken-san does an incredible job with his staff. Special thank you for the best service from the reservation desk: Sunil, Kana, Shah, Kei, and Baba. Special thank you for amazing service at Lavarock from Noriko, Navin, and Flerie. Love this hotel!

I applaud the manager and his staff for their professionalism in assisting hotel guests. During my first trip to Tokyo, hotel prices appeared very high compared to prices in South Korea and the United States. A friend had recommended the hotel for its location. While I typically stay in luxury hotels, the manager and his staff displayed a level of professionalism and class higher than any 5 star hotel during my travels. I witnessed the staff endure tough conversations with guests including a request of my own. Many thanks for all of the the little and big things you and your staff did to make my experience 5 star!

The Courtyard Tokyo Station is very conveniently located within 5-7 minutes from the Tokyo Station Yaesu exit. The spacious lobby is located on the 4th floor and rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floor. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly, professional, and helpful, including the use of the luggage shipping service. WiFi is reliable and strong. TIP: The easiest way to go from Tokyo Station to the hotel is via the underground shops at Tokyo Station and come up the escalators of the new Tokyo MidTown Yaesu building. The Tokyo Metro stations are nearby about 1-2 blocks away, but do not have escalators. Service and location are the best attributes of this hotel.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo station for only 1 night and very pleased with the service from the Front Office team. The check in/check out were very smooth and the FO agents and the team were s very friendly, professional and willing to help us and keep our bags while we went o Nikko. Excellent services team :) The hotel was in great location close by to Tokyo station room was good size, at first it was hard to find the hotel but when we got there, the hotel close to seven eleven, very convenience, I did not stayed here long enough to explore more but we can walked to Ginza in 10 minutes, nice shopping and dinner here. Thanks again to the front office team and hope to stay longer at your hotel longer next trip in Tokyo
