I stayed in room 101 for two days. The advantage is that compared with Japanese hotel rooms, the size is acceptable. The location is quiet and there is no interference for sleeping. It is a 20-minute walk to Shinjuku Station. The disadvantages are: there is a peculiar smell in the bathroom as soon as the door is opened, the shower curtain is very dirty, and the bathtub drains very slowly. If you stand in the rain for one minute, the water will flood your feet and it is difficult to drain. The room is very simple, and the back of the bed is directly against the wall and the window. I used disposable covers for all the bedding. If you are used to staying in a hotel, I don’t recommend it. Check-in is self-service, and it is a waste of time to find the reservation code. The surroundings are quiet. It's close to the city hall and it was okay. But the check-in was a bit troublesome and it felt like Airbnb. It's not too close or too far from the subway stations. If you have a schedule where you have to go in late at night and leave early in the morning, it's probably okay.
