Clean room, stable WiFi, near the train station (10-15mins to the JR station), convenient stores and restaurants nearby. But not so quiet on the weekend night( there's bars behind the hotel)
Still, good for solo traveller.

Perfect stay for one-two nights. Conveniently located around Shinjuku, small but all necessarities available. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Arigatou gozaimashita!

Ennn.. For this booking, it is just fine. I stayed for 3 nights, no clean service, no one to change sheet. I had to sleep on the same sheet for 3 nights. Also room is so small and I could barely move in the room. Good is that it is near subway and commute is nice

Location is the big draw here, hotel is situated right amongst many bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere.
Like most budget hotels in Tokyo, rooms are small but perfectly fine just for sleeping and washing.
Front desk staff incredibly helpful, let us store bags on arrival and then arranged luggage forwarding on check out.
