Staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, I was amazed twice in a short period of time. - After stepping into the lobby, the crystal lighting on the top and the front The ”eye” artwork echoes with the marble floor Projected into a good-looking symmetrical perspective, it is also often seen in hotels Photos on major social platforms, here is also afternoon tea And the restaurant where breakfast is served. Local designer Yukio Hashimoto chose earth tones, wood, and lacquerware Mixed with marble, the design is very forward-looking, and the maintenance of the guest rooms is outstanding. This year marks the sixteenth year the hotel has opened Years, but the guest rooms have been extensively renovated from the end, and only part of them have been done Hardware replacement and repair, such as the addition of wireless charging devices at the head of the bed. The hotel is currently still the second largest in the whole of Tokyo with basic rooms Luxury hotel (54 square meters). Although the equipment in the guest room such as TV and safe is old, the feeling of use is still comfortable, especially the bedding, which is not pure white linen, but beige is very soft, and the bedding is particularly well received.

The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is extremely central to Ginza and it’s rare u get such nice hotel there with this price and size! Would come back again.

Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

The location is really good, coupled with the good maintenance after the new renovation, the overall facilities are really good. It's just that the room size is a bit not particularly spacious. Hygiene: The room hygiene is no problem. Environment: In the surrounding square, countless people come to check in and take photos. You can see it when you open the curtains in the morning. Service: Needless to say, really good.

The room booked a month in advance can be a lot cheaper. The 15 square meter bed room is more than 700 yuan a day, and the price is good. The only down side is the room is too small but other than all good. There is also a 2-in-1 washer cum dryer at level 1 which is good & convenient for pple who wants to wash their clothes.

Yurakucho station is around 10 mins walk away. The area has high end brand shops like LV & Bvlgari. On Sunday they blocked traffic so that pedestrians can walk on the roads freely. Tokyo station is also nearby, a 20 mins walk away and the underground area has lots of food choices. This hotel is very cramped and small but they leave amenities for you to take freely & staff customer service is efficient & polite. Gotta but water on your own though as they don’t give you bottles of water everyday. If you’re able to afford, go for the bigger rooms so that your luggage can be put on the floor. The photos of the room in their listing looked bigger than 6-9m2 and I felt kinda cheated. But oh well, lesson learnt.

The Muji hotel has lived up to my expectations! If you are a fan of Muji products (or interested in how Muji products can be put together in a hotel room), then this is a hotel for you!! I enjoyed the room, amenities, and superb hotel location (in Ginza). The staff were friendly. However, they can be more attentive. By going downstairs, you have floors of Muji products you can purchase! One of the good things is that you don't need to go through reception each time to go to your room - which I prefer. I recommend staying here for one to two nights and trying out their breakfast or meals! :) Enjoy!

Breakfast is on the first floor and the variety is relatively simple, but there are Japanese-style meals, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice. The location is excellent, walking to Ginza and Tokyo Station are very close, 1 subway stop, about 5 minutes. A good business trip choice.

This newly opened Bulgari Hotel still has a lot of problems: 1 If you don’t drive in, you have to go through a shopping mall every time, and it’s impossible to take a taxi all the time when you go out. Every time you come back, you have to go through the back door. 2 There is basically no service at all. When checking in, it said that non-alcoholic drinks are free, but the actual checkout juice is 2,500 yen a bottle, which feels very bad. 3 With the price of 1w8rmb, you can live in a hotel with better location and service in ginza, and there are also a bunch of Japanese people complaining about it in Google reviews. 4 The concierge department of this hotel booked restaurants almost a month in advance, and only one can be booked after giving a list of more than a dozen restaurants. The hotel has almost no strength in this regard.
