The room was larger than I expected, and getting around was very convenient. Most attractions in downtown Vancouver were within walking distance. Taxis were also readily available, making this a great place to stay for a first-time visitor to Vancouver. The value for money was excellent too.

Reception, very friendly  The bellboy very helpful  The shower water pressure not strong enough The location is fantastic. Many convenient shop and best restaurant is just walking distance,  Breakfast is normal don’t expect much. I’ll will definitely stay again if I come to Vancouver again

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with the way this hotel handles its customers. I booked a room through Ctrip to help a friend, and due to a small mistake, I accidentally selected the wrong city. However, my frustration has nothing to do with the booking error itself, but with the hotel’s complete lack of professionalism and responsibility in handling the situation. The moment I realized the issue, I immediately: • Contacted Ctrip multiple times • Sent emails to the hotel • Even called the hotel directly Yet the hotel never responded to anything. No replies to my emails, no answers to my calls, not even a basic acknowledgment. The hotel chose to ignore every attempt I made to reach out, which is absolutely unacceptable. I have stayed at countless hotels around the world—budget, mid-range, and luxury alike—and I have never experienced such unprofessional and indifferent service. For a hotel operating under a major international brand, refusing to respond, refusing to support, and effectively abandoning its customers is disgraceful. A simple reply, a confirmation, or even the slightest willingness to help would have solved the issue. Instead, the hotel chose complete silence. I am extremely disappointed. With this level of irresponsibility and lack of customer care, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I truly hope the management reviews the behavior of their staff and the way they handle guest communication—because right now, it is unacceptably bad.

Dear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team. Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey. Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome. I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests. The room was clean and very spacious, bed was huge, bathroom was nice, breakfast was so so good. Every single breakfast food option known to man was available in abundance until 10:00am on the dot. staff were excellent and very professional. The amenities like the gym and sauna were great. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

Service was ok. The rook was right at the elevators but we stayed just for 1 night so it was manageable. We had delayed flight from Vancouver and staff was nice enought to let us park the vehicle in the hotel parkade for 2 hours after check out. I personally would prefer cheaper rate for parking.
