Great hotel for the location and price. Highly recommended for travelers arriving at Haneda Airport.

The location is quite good, walkable distance to railway station. The staff is nice and friendly. There's a lawson convenience store connected to the hotel lobby. There also a Family Mart convenience store opposite the hotel. The bathtoom a bit small. There are plenty restaurants surrounded.

I staying there for more than 1 month for business trip Pro: Location - walking distance to the train station , lobby linked to Lawson, walking distance to town area, walking distance to Tokyo tower Breakfast - Nice breakfast with variety but 30 days the same The room is clean! Cons: Not much for me. Maybe the price is not the cheapest but I still feel that it’s worth for me to stay there Will come back again!

Convenient location - 5 minutes walk to the metro. And by metro it is convenient to get to any part of the city. 5 minutes walk to the Tokyo TV tower. There are many shops and restaurants around. The room is typically small for Tokyo)) One person is comfortable there, but it will be difficult for two. Tall people will have difficulty in the bathroom, because there is very little space and low ceilings. The room was clean and cleaned upon request. The hotel has direct access to the Lawson store which is very convenient. The breakfasts were quite varied and delicious. The main disadvantage is the hard bed and pillows, as well as the cold wall on the street side, we caught a little cold because of this.

The location is strategic. Close to Tokyo tower as well as a few train station. Hotel is easily spot. Nearby have Lawson and family mart.

There is self check in machine with a hotel person will assist you. Hotel is nice and clean. Self check out through machine too. Downstairs got a Lawson which is very convenient.

Very nice place, rooms are small but comfortable but very well equipped. Staff is nice, great position (5 mins walk from metro station, 15 from Tokyo Tower), there’s direct access to a Lawson from inside the hall. Surrounded by convenience stores. Recommended for solo travellers

Room was a bit tight for 2 pax since we were there during winter season but we manage to make it work. The bathroom is quite small but everything else is clean and satisfactory. There are not enough hooks for us to hang our towels/clothes but that’s not really an issue for us. The room is very well lit and bright which is what I prefer. It’s relatively near the train station and you could actually take a bus to Ginza as well. A lot of nice restaurants around the area and really quiet at night, I really enjoyed my stay here. There’s a Lawson connected to this hotel as well, I would come again next time

Free amenities you can get from the lobby. Clean every 3 days. Refrigerator nice. Toilet clean.

Location is great, near tokyo tower n pagoda, just they dont have water at all even a water dispenser….

Well location but not many restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance

I usually come to this hotel when I travel to Tokyo for work. The level of the service for the price is usually good. The location is good with the many metro stations close by, many combini, Hamamatsucho area is always very convenient. As per the rooms - usual Japan small :) Not a great fan of the moquette, which is sometimes dirty. A little disappointed by breakfast hours, since it closes at 9:30 (I had an international call that finsihed a little before 9:30 and I wasn't accepted in, not even for a coffee - and there is a self service machine...). In general, good price/value ratio!
