The location is very good if you're into the Kabukicho night life. The room was large. It is an older hotel and could use some upkeep, but overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

There is no place to turn around after entering the toilet. The mattress is super hard. Two uncles take turns serving at the front desk. But there is actually no service to speak of The introduction picture of the store is indeed the same as the actual stay, but it was also deceived by these pictures. After checking in, I found this furnishing plus the chaotic environment of the surrounding streets, which is even more frightening.

The location is very close to Higashi-Shinjuku Station, about 300m, because it is average around Kabukicho and not very clean. The room hygiene is passable and acceptable. I met two uncles at the front desk, and they were very nice. There is no charge for storing luggage within the time limit, and they just leave it in front of the front desk. The most important thing is that the room is large! There is also a large bathtub, which costs 400+ per night. The empty space can probably spread out three or four suitcases. I have never seen such a big room in Tokyo. It feels like the apartment was renovated. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high

I don't know how to describe it, but the location is extremely convenient. It doesn't take more than 4 minutes to walk from the subway station to the hotel. The hotel is a bit like an old-style clock hotel, with large rooms and large bathrooms. But it feels very old, like going back to the 70s and 80s. The family is a little scared, but if we only consider the size of the room, the price/performance ratio is very high. 

Although the location of the hotel is difficult to find and the appearance is relatively old, the room is really big, new and really big. If I go to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay there again!

The accommodation is clean and spacious enough to open two suitcases. The hot water comes out well and the bed is soft. It would have been better if there was a microwave for sharing, even if it was just for convenience store food.

The location itself was good for traveling because it was near Shinjuku Station, but it was located in the middle of a love hotel district, past all kinds of host bars and hostess bars. It's not a good place for a woman to stay alone. The facilities were old, but they were clean enough, but the refrigerator didn't work properly, and every morning when I woke up, my nose was stuffy like a person with rhinitis. The staff were very friendly, but I thought I should have done less shopping and made the hotel a better place.

The facility is a bit old, but the location is close to Shinjuku, and above all, I was able to use the spacious accommodation at a low price. There is enough space even if I open my suitcase.
