A great hotel if a little hard to find initially. In a good area with open space and a very large mall; good for shopping and food.
Well connected with a subway station around the corner, and a riverboat pick-up spot nearby.
The rooms were good, although the bathroom was smaller than I’d expect. Shower over the (child-sized) bath was a bit 1980s. I think the difference between the first 3 room designations (up to Superior) is purely the outlook. But what a beautiful view, well worth it.
Also of note are the ‘public baths’. They are segregated because no swimwear is allowed - not so comfortable for Brits but well worth it. There are indoor and outdoor pools at 42 centigrade with a great view of Mount Fiji.
Bar was friendly, we didn’t eat in the very Western-style restaurant.
Stay here for 2 times. Reasonable price compare to other hotel around Tokyo. Could have been nicer if provide public washing machine. Only the location is a bit far from subway line except we have to transit via monorail first everytime we want to go to downtown area.
Absolute best location. 3 stops to Tokyo Station which takes you anywhere. Supermarket, 24 hr eatery and train station virtually right beside the hotel. Very quiet area despite being beside the train station.
Spacious room, sparkling clean. Love the bath tub and the separate toilet (so everyone can get ready in the morning faster). Comes with everything and the extras you could possibly ask for, including shoe dryer, microwave, ice making machine etc.
Best hotel we stayed in Tokyo so far. Will repeat the next visit.

This was a good little hotel. It was Tokyo so the room was absurdly small and not that much to brag about but it was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the metro so that was great. We could get to many spots in 20-30 minutes. Very convenient.
The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. It does get a bit old after a few days but its fine. We left every morning full and ready for the day. The breakfast women were super friendly and on top of it. Nothing ever really ran out.
The service desk people were very friendly and attentive too. To be fair, almost everyone in Tokyo was friendly and attentive!
No complaints about this hotel! Location is good, 2mins to the train station, family mart in the same hotel building, supermarket and a restaurant next to the train station that opens till late night.
Rooms are spacious, bathroom space is well planned for efficient use for a family. There's also complimentary skin/hair care packs that you can collect at the reception area.
Also comes with a guest only onsen (which you can also monitor through your room TV screen for crowd level).
It is nice room and quite soundproof and it had a bathtub and it is near to a few train stations so you may walk to it and take the train and also the buses are near so you could take a bus and it is near a shopping mall so you may buy and eat food
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and they spoke English, which was a relief. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, it's an affordable option in a lovely area, so it's understandable. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, which I really appreciated. One of the great perks is that you can borrow various items, including an iron, for free for an hour. There’s also a laundry facility on-site, making it convenient for guests. The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk from Kameido JR Station and within 5 to 7 minutes of convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants, and a shopping mall filled with clothing stores. If you decide to buy Tokyo Subway Day Pass, as it is only valid on subway lines (not JR lines), the nearest station is Nishi-Ojima Subway Station about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Plus, you can rent bicycles right outside the mall! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a great stay!
The hotel is just next to metro station. The room is considered bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 adult 2 kids, and it is sufficient. The nearby mall has everything you need. Travel to Disneyland is only 30min by metro. A good stopover hotel for Disneyland.
It's very small. it's suit for 1 person 😂 very very very near to metro station (toyocho sta.) ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง นี่ได้ยินเสียงกรนห้องข้างๆด้วยอะ สะอาด มีamenityให้หยิบที่ล็อบบี้ มีพนง.ถึงตีหนึ่ง หลังจากนั้นมีตู้ kiosk check-in/check-out ออกเอง สะดวกมากๆ รอบๆก็สงบ มีร้านอาหาร/lawson/family mart/yamazaki/matsukiyoใกล้ๆ ดีดีดี

Outstanding
AAnonymous Usermy group stayed here safely and comfortably. we were looking for a futon bedroom and they provided it nicely.
JJONG SAEAlthough it is not a tourist attraction, it is located in the middle of a very quiet residential area, so the surrounding environment was good. In particular, it was nice that there was a mall and market called ION? 3 minutes away from the hotel.
Hhaho38The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the subway station. It is very convenient to enter and exit different areas. The nearby environment is also quiet, which I am very satisfied with.
When we arrived, the hotel staff introduced us to the equipment and usage in the room in a very friendly and detailed manner, and provided snacks, washing powder, etc. The attitude was very friendly.
The environment in the room is also very good, clean and tidy. It has an induction cooker, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. It is very suitable for family travel and I am very satisfied.
If there is a chance for my family to come to Tokyo again, I will book again:)
GGuest UserFamily of 4 - enjoyed our stay in the family room. It was comfortable, clean with good shower/bath tub. Love their free drinks station and amenities supply counter. Location is also very close to station, local shops and convenient store.
RRodriguezNicoleIt was easy to check in.
Free umbrella to use.
English Receptionist.
There is a smoking area.
The room was spacious and was nice inside the room.
There is a vending machine.
Overall experience was great.
You can leave your things in the lobby.
It is very near to the train station.
Aarthur winghonIThe staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a few nights. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location close to restaurants and public transit.
Overall, I enjoyed my time here. That said, I did find the price a bit on the high side for what was offered. If I could catch a good deal or if the rates were slightly more competitive, I’d definitely consider staying again.
LLolKameido, where the hotel is located, is very quiet, but if you want to go shopping in Nishiki, there are also lively shops such as Parco. The hotel is managed in an apartment-style manner, so there is no special cleaning during your stay. Toiletries are provided. The most satisfactory thing is that the space is really large, and two 28-inch suitcases can be spread out. The disadvantage is that the air purifier is a bit smelly (or is it the air conditioner?). But because it happened to be cold when I came, I just opened the window for ventilation. People who are afraid of noise may feel a little painful (the sound of cars on the street, etc.)
Overall very satisfied
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new. It can enter after four o'clock. Breakfast is 6:30 to 9:00. The room was very clean, but the street was noisy. If you take the luggage subway from 4a, there is an elevator. There is no elevator at exit 3. Very close to the subway station 100 meters. You have to check out at ten o'clock. Will not help you clean up the room but will change the towels and pajamas for you. Very suitable for traveling alone. You can buy a 72-hour roll of the Tokyo subway. It is very convenient to use it together. There are also many places to eat nearby. The best solution for a poor travel alone. The wood farm is where the cherry blossoms are now.
