I was attending conference in Roppongi, it’s relative cheaper five star hotel in the area but it’s not too close to those landmarks in the area. The hotel is clean.

Excellent location . Since This is my first time to travel by JR rail and also Mita subway. The Front desk has very fluent English and Mandarin to teach me how to go to nearest Mita subway Station.
Very sincere and enthusiastic service.
Also lots of restaurants around hotel.
I have tried traditional Japanese pub, 24 hour self serve Ramen Shop, Canton Woton noodle.
Also has big LIFE supermarket, Lawson downstairs.
Will certainly introduce to my friends if they want to come to Tokyo Japan.
Thanks for having a good time in your hotel.
The pictures don’t do this place justice. Amazing accommodations and bigger than we thought it would be. Great location and very close to a subway station, Tokyo Tower, TeamLab. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location is the best quality of this accommodation. Pictures are deceiving though. Lots of stains on carpet. It’s an old accommodation. Bathroom door was broken and barely moved. Luckily we’re a family so we didn’t need the privacy. Blindes were broken. Shower door was duck-taped. Overall though it was fine. Who comes to Japan to stay in their lodging?
Initial Room Issues:
Upon settling into our room, we were immediately disturbed by a persistent cracking sound coming from the windows. It was loud enough to wake us up multiple times throughout the night, occurring every 5 to 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly after a long day of travel.
Response to Complaints:
The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk and speculated that the noise might be coming from one side of the building. We requested to switch to a room on the opposite side before heading out for sightseeing. However, upon our return later that evening, we were given a room on the same noisy side, just one level up. This felt dismissive of our concerns and came across as a lackluster attempt to resolve our issue. It seemed as though they thought we were merely seeking an upgrade rather than genuinely wanting a quiet place to rest.
Final Room Change:
After expressing our dissatisfaction once more, the staff finally moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. While this room was slightly larger and had the benefit of not placing the bed right next to the window, the cracking sound persisted. Although it wasn’t as disruptive as before, it was still disappointing that the initial concerns hadn’t been fully addressed.
Culinary Highlight:
On a positive note, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. The dinner was delicious and a highlight of our stay.
Conclusion:
While the restaurant offered great meals, the room issues and lack of effective communication left much to be desired. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest complaints in the future.

The service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. The concierge team was particularly helpful, providing great recommendations and assisting with transportation and reservations.
Space is a bit tight considering a room that has a large size laundry machine, but I ended up putting the chair into the closet to make space for my luggage in the room. The AC/ heater unit and laundry machine are very good quality to ensure a comfy stay. Shower room with separate bathtub is a good size while toilet and sink area is a little smaller, but still the overall room is comfy. Kitchen area is good for easy meals. I just needed to boil some veggies and cut some fruit and the kitchen ware is really good. I would stay in this place again but Minato is a bit on the pricier side for food and beverage options, but also the hotel is very close to subway station. Gym was tiny but has the very basic treadmill, bike, elliptical for cardio and 2 yoga mats w a set of dumbbells.
Really nice hotel that is situated conveniently walkable from Onarimon station. Convenience stores are a stones throw away and it's walkable (15-20mins) to Tsukiji and Ginza. Also walkable to Azabudai Hills (10-15mins). The hotel staff are really friendly, the facilities are clean, spacious and well maintained, there is no room service by default, but that works fine for us. Cooking facilities are great to experience cooking in Tokyo, for the less adventurous, the microwave and toasters are your friends. Washing machine and dryer are great for clearing some laundry before you head home. There is a private sauna in the hotel that can be booked, would highly recommend trying it. They also have activities across all Section L's, so it'll be a nice destination to hang out too. All in all a very value for money choice.

Ssvw149Space is good for solo traveller! Check in was seamless as it was automated. Bought one time breakfast coupon and the breakfast was good! Amenities were pretty good for a 3 star hotel! But really one main concern is the lack of luggage space. But I had a oversized luggage, that only opens one side, if u were to open both side, you may struggle. Location wise is ok as

AadolalalalaThe location is very convenient. It takes only three minutes to walk from the subway station. There are restaurants open until late at night along the way. The subway lines extend in all directions. The twin room I booked is very spacious for sleeping, but the space for luggage is small. Everything else is perfect. In addition, there is a staff member at the front desk who can speak Chinese and greets you warmly every day.

Ssoon pohLocation is great, approx. 400 m from Roppongi metro station. Lots of eateries in this neighborhood within walking distance. Room is great, as we have twin and the size of a similar room is large compared to a typical hotel room in Tokyo. Free coffee and tea served all day. Shower is powerful. Breakfast is ok for western, and Thai breakfast is served.

GGuest UserIt was relatively close to Tamachi Station, and there were several convenience stores and grocery stores nearby, so it was a convenient location. The room was clean and I was able to relax.
There were the bare necessities, such as furniture, cutlery, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a TV. There was a bit of an issue with the lack of a bath mat, but other than that I was able to stay comfortably.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, right next to Ginza and very close to the subway station, which is only a few minutes' walk away. The hotel entrance is also easy to find and very conspicuous. There is a convenience store next to it, so you can go there to find food when you are hungry at night.
GGuest UserThe transportation is convenient and I will come again.
It is also close to the Imperial Palace so you can go for a run around the palace.
There is a 24-hour supermarket.
The rooms are quiet.
