Great location and very easy to get around everywhere. Seems to be the last stop for shuttle, so shuttles frequently stop here and can just hop on to get around without waiting much. Service is friendly and staff very helpful. Provides good range of both western and eastern breakfast and selection of their local cakes. Hair dryer is nice to use and room have unlimited drinking water supply. Room is quiet when we stayed.

Beautiful boutique hotel inside the Xizsha Scenic area. Excellent & mindful service from all the staff -- our room was clean, odor-free, & perfectly maintained. Once arriving at the Tourist Service & Check-in center, you take an electric buggy into the scenic area & the hotel (about 10mins). Our trip to Wuzhen is one of our most memorable in China & we loved it -- hoping to return again in the future!

 The service from the staff is perfect. The bad is comfortable to sleep. The bath essentials is Loccitane.

Absolutely love this hotel - from the hotel grounds, the rooms, service and location - just perfect. Within wuzhen - just steps out but yet quiet and serene. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. we booked a driver through the hotel back to hongcun and the hotel porter not just helped with our luggages but accompanied us to the visitors centre where our driver is waiting, helped us load our bags, told the driver to take care of us as we are foreigners and do not have local numbers and to drive us safely. He waited until we got into the car and drove off. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel (Wangjinli) is one of the furthest in from the XiZha entrance, near the Pagoda. This gives a little more privacy, where less public walking around the hotel vicinity. Shuttle service is included, so it’s easy to move around if you do not want to walk so much. Room is wide and clean. Bed is a bit dated, but it’s clean. Our room had a good view, enjoyed our stay. Would come again!

Very convenient, helpful staffs, comfortable bed and pillow

I'm exactly that kind of person who's impressed by details and meticulousness. Hey, and I'm still too easygoing, just super obsessed with caring (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎). that’s how hospitality works. Just a lowest rate single bed room still get the best service, it’s even over the standard, no one is side character huh. Every one is the main character in their adventures. 1st time with the welcome amenities, mosquitoes purifying, The seams on this bathrobe are sewn on the outside, like baby clothes. Seriously, even lying in bed looking up at the ceiling makes me wow. Every single corner was perfect decorated well designed. Small, perfectly fit and cozy, maximized space is scarified. I’m crazy about tiny zoom, feeling safe and reasonable. Maybe because it's a room for solo guest , they take extra good care of it. Feeling be prioritized even when you're alone.

We stayed in this hotel for Spring Festival. The location is great, in a quiet area of the water town but very close to the Main Street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view!

Very beautiful hotel , clean and silent

Hotel is really nice and breakfast was not too bad. Location is also great. You can walk everywhere to find food, pretty places to take pictures and shops. It was raining during our stay so we didnt get the best pictures in the scenic area. A little improvement would be having staff speaking english. The staffs struggle with basic english and makes it very difficult to ask for questions and navigation.

Just the most amazing hotel, top notch location and great service and breakfast

Superb service. Breakfast was alright. Hotel and room were well kept and clean. Its just a bit old and room was quite dim. But will still recommend for the great service of the staff and the cleanliness.
