Silk Commerce Clubhouse

This was my first time staying in an ancient town, and it was an absolutely invaluable experience. With so many options to choose from, I'm so glad I chose Dayi Silk. I highly recommend anyone visiting the ancient town to stay a night here. Whether it's the exquisite architecture or the comfortable rooms, the attentive and thoughtful service provided by the hotel's butler is even more satisfying. Upon arrival, our butler, Xiaohan, greeted us warmly and attentively, offering us iced tea and towels. She gently explained the hotel's services and nearby attractions. They even added us on WeChat two days before our arrival and specifically reminded us of our arrival time so they could meet us. As a first-time visitor, I was a little nervous, but Xiaohan's thoughtful butler took such good care of us. They arranged a hand-rowed boat and a tour bus, suggested we visit the Mu Xin Art Museum, and even thoughtfully escorted us to the tourist center after check-out to find our shuttle. It truly left a wonderful impression and makes me want to return again. I hope to schedule another vacation with you soon! Thank you again to the scenic area, the hotel staff, and the lovely Xiaohan! I have also stayed in many different top hotels in various countries, and Dayi is definitely an unforgettable choice! 

This time we chose to stay at the Silk Industry Guild Hall. The hotel service was very good. The housekeeper Xiaoyu provided a lot of convenience from pick-up to drop-off, including tour explanations and answering of questions. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was also exquisite. It was a very satisfying experience~

The hotel's service and facilities are very good. When you come in, there will be someone to greet you and help you with your luggage. The facilities in the hotel are all new, and the view from the room is also nice.

In the past few years, the B&Bs we stayed in Wuzhen Ancient Town were not very good, so we chose this one specifically this time. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness and the taste of the breakfast. The service is especially good, it is absolutely five-star. They helped us book restaurants in advance and gave us a 10% discount. The children were very excited to stay in the hotel by boat. They also helped us apply for many activities in the ancient town for free. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Wuzhen next time.

Very satisfied and wish I could spend more time in Wuzhen. The housekeeper, Xiao Wan, and the beautiful front desk lady were both very attentive. We chose Silk Industry to celebrate my father's birthday and Father's Day. The hotel sent a small cake and thoughtfully decorated the room. P.S. The hotel is very close to Zilala Shredded Radish Pancakes 😂
