Facilities: I experienced the sauna for two days. The facilities were originally prepared for the guests who swim to keep warm. It is also very refreshing to use alone. It is humid recently, and it can remove moisture. If you stay in the room for a long time, there will still be the smell of a new house that causes coughing, although the smell is not very obvious. Towels are changed every day, and there is no update record in the smart query even if the pillowcase is changed, so it is unknown whether the system is accurate or not, maybe they are all in the same batch. Hygiene: I stayed for two consecutive nights and met two different room cleaning ladies. But the cleanliness after cleaning is very different. Although they all hid out before the time of cleaning the room. The first extension was cleaned up quite well, but I forgot to replenish the bath bag. The second one was met, and I took the initiative to ask for two. When I came back from the gym, it was close to 11 o'clock, and the classified trash can in the corner of the living room that had been cleaned was not emptied (less garbage and environmental protection are acceptable). I found that I had kindly changed the pillowcase, but the old one was still thrown on the spring stool at the end of the bed. The oil stains of the fried food packed back from the silkworm feast I ate last night on the bedside table were still there (due to the angle of light, I didn't notice that I had stained the table and didn't clean it up). I felt that I was busy cleaning other rooms, and it was not a check-out, so I forgot it by mistake. Environment: It is so beautiful. I was led to a seat near the French window for breakfast, and then I found a garden with a small waterfall. I didn't sit here the day before, and I almost missed it. Compared with the fat fish in Guanli, the fish here are more delicate and cute. Service: The baggage boy is obviously more polite than the young girls I met by chance in the corridor. He would smile and greet other guests when he saw off other guests and dragged their luggage, while most of the female staff, regardless of age, walked by talking to each other, pretending not to see anyone. The most friendly girls only exist at the front desk and the breakfast buffet. Tickets for the Xizha Scenic Area for two (you can enter and exit the Xizha Scenic Area multiple times during your stay until 12:00 on the day of departure): I paid for it when I stayed in Tong'an before, so I didn't experience it. Welcome fruit: A plate will be given every day when cleaning. It's different every day. First round of mini bar in the room: I drank coconut milk and grapefruit juice.

I stayed at the Di Shang Resort Hotel for three days and two nights during this trip to Wuzhen. I was really satisfied, especially the service of the butler (Xiao Ke). As soon as I arrived at the entrance of the scenic area, the hotel's butler Xiao Ke was already waiting. I checked in, took my luggage, and the shuttle bus took me directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel's environmental facilities are very complete, the sleeping mattress in the room is also very fragrant, the breakfast has a wide variety, and the fruits are especially fresh. I love it ❤️, and I will stay here again next time I come!
