Hotels in Wuzhen, Tongxiang

It's about a 10 minute walk from the Xizha bus stop, but the 2nd Xizha entrance is right next to the homestay. There are plenty of eateries along the row of shops. Staff at the homestay were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching movies on the projector screen at night. The breakfast was very filling and delicious too

During the May Day holiday, I took my two kids to Wuzhen. The night view is really beautiful. We stayed at Nangongli Hotel, which is in the center of Wuzhen and very close to the East and West Gates. The hotel is good in all aspects and has a high cost performance. The boss is a bit handsome, very artistic, good at photography, and can chat and drink. He is comparable to my husband at home. We made friends [grin][grin][grin], their dog is called Nuomi, very gentle, and can shake hands [handshake], the two kids like it very much

Facilities: Although not the newest, it is easy to use, and can be given 5 points Environment: Although it is on the first floor, it is not humid at all, there are no mosquitoes, and the space is large. It is also close to the scenic area. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a large projector, which is very good Service: There is nothing to say, needless to say, the attitude is particularly good Environment: Compared with chain hotels, it is a little worse, maybe not very new, but it is ok for me, it is completely enough!

When I came to Wuzhen, I chose Orange Hotel. The location is excellent. It is in the best location in Wuzhen. It takes only five minutes to get to the gate of the scenic area. It is very convenient! The hardware of Orange Hotel is unified, with medium standards and unified design. Wherever you go, Orange Hotel gives you a familiar feeling, ensuring that the hotel is clean and tidy! As for the service, it may be because the location is too superior. The Orange Hotel in Wuzhen is still inferior to other Orange Hotels! Still need to work hard!

Walking distance from the Wuzhen Xizha long distance bus station. The hotel is located opposite the road. Look for RUITING instead of Jiayuan as the Chinese and English name is differently worded. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is justified with the price. Mostly Chinese cuisine. Laundry is available. Two big and new washer together with a dry. A plus for us as we are traveling from one city to another. Reception staff Xiao Lu and Xiao Xu both rendered excellent services to us. Xiao Xu help us to carry our luggage to the lift entrance and recommended us where to eat and what time we should start our journey into the ancient town tour. Xiao Lu helps me with my Didi booking to Tongxiang Station. We also received a gift of the local delicacies Tips for those traveling from Hangzhou to Wuzhen. The best transportation is by bus. Take a bus from Hangzhou East Railway Station, bus platform located at the ground floor. Sharing the same building with a high speed train but different wings. Tell the taxi or Didii driver to drop you at the bus station entrance. Can buy a ticket on the spot. RMB45. Quite frequent. Back from Wuzhen, just grab to Tongxiang Station by taxi or Didi depending on your destination. Mine is back to Shanghai. Other destinations can buy bus tickets at the station where you stop

The homestay I stayed in this time was a surprise on the trip! From the moment I opened the door, I was surrounded by a full sense of warmth - the whole house is decorated with warm-toned wooden furniture and ins-style decorations. Every detail reveals the owner's care, and every shot is a big shot in the circle of friends. The room is spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and disposable toiletries are thoughtfully prepared. Even the night light in the corner is full of atmosphere. The location is also great. It is a popular attraction within a few minutes' walk, and there are many delicious foods around. The boss is enthusiastic and thoughtful. He shared a super detailed travel guide in advance, as well as local special snacks. Back to the homestay at night, nestling on the balcony to enjoy the evening breeze and watch the stars, completely cured the fatigue of the journey. The hotel opened in early 2025. The location will be near the entrance of Wuzhen Xizha No.2, which is the secondary entrance, not the main entrance. On this road, there are hotels in the same style along the hotel and there are many Chinese restaurant and supermarkets that rent Chinese clothes. This side is quite quiet compared to the area near the main entrance. If you like a quiet place, this hotel will be a good choice, but if you like something a little more lively, you may have to choose a place to stay near the main entrance of Xizha. We stayed in the Family Room. The room was spacious and clean, decorated in a minimalist design. The only disadvantage we found was that the bathroom was made of clear glass, with only a thin curtain behind the sink glass. We went with our parents, so we had to turn off all the lights in the bathroom area to make it as dim as possible. On the opposite side, to the left of the hotel, there is a shop selling snacks similar to sausage-wrapped eggs and vegetables and la tiao. They were very delicious.

The hotel is located 100 meters away from the gate of the scenic area, with a superior geographical environment. The hotel has complete facilities. The rooms are very clean, tidy and sanitary. The mattress is moderately soft and comfortable. Ms. Li and Ms. Zhu at the front desk are warm, thoughtful and considerate. I was very moved by their careful introduction of the tourist routes and strategies of Wuzhen. Therefore, I strongly recommend staying at Bochen Hotel when traveling to Wuzhen.

Facilities: Very smart facilities, all can be operated directly by calling Xiao Ai, the washbasin and shower in the room are of good quality, and the water is very large, which is a good point. Environment: There are two single rooms with a yard on the first floor. Our family moved to the second floor. The first floor is full of us, which is more focused. The small yard is very beautiful. The second floor also has good lighting. Service: Both bosses and boss ladies are good. They recommended good guides, restaurants, and the best way to play in Wuzhen. The homestay is within 10 minutes' walk from the ticket office, but it is very quiet, just on the road of Ciyun Temple. Two cars can be parked at the door, and reservations need to be made in advance. Overall, it is really recommended and I will consider going next time

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.
