The air conditioner in my original room was broken, so I was moved to a different room, but I still really wanted the tatami room I had originally booked.
The room lighting was all yellow and very dim, which made for a poor experience.
The bathroom in the room was tiny, and the toilet base was broken and wobbly, which was quite unnerving. I was also worried about splashes.
The shower gel and shampoo were hard to describe; it would be better to switch to a branded product, even a slightly cheaper one.
The slippers provided for winter were incredibly flimsy and disposable, like a single layer of paper, thin as a cicada's wing. They felt too thin and poor even for summer, leaving my feet cold. The replacement pair of slippers looked like they had been dipped in soy sauce, with the heels and half of the outer packaging being brown.
The customer service staff seemed to have very regular and healthy habits, going to bed early and waking up late. I constantly had to call them as they were nowhere to be found.
The service was alright; at least they personally delivered extra blankets and such, for which I am grateful.
