Extremely satisfied! Hotel was very neat, nice room, good food in the restaurant in the evening and also a reasonably varied breakfast. Location certainly not bad, visited some clean towns by car at a maximum of 1 hour drive. Pompeii and Vesuvius not far away from the hotel. Highly recommended!

The Marad is exceptional the staff in the restaurant, reception, rooftop bar etc are friendly helpful and pleasant. The views from the balconies and rooftop are stunning. Lovely pool spacious spotless and comfortable rooms. Very good restaurant which is a major factor as there are no places to eat anywhere in the vicinity This is the place to stay in Torre del Greco if you find yourself here. The area however has nothing going for it and the town itself is an unprepossing grotty port no taxis, if you want to visit other places a car is essential. The only criticism of the Marad is that they provide no information about the area or transport. We speak Italian but found it very difficult to make any plans without spending a fortune on private hire vehicles.

Hotel was really nice, rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Beds were really comfortable and big. There was a large double bed, single and a camp bed in the room. Rooms had fridges, safes and Air conditioning and a nice view of the pool too. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. Pool was kept very clean, however a swimming cap needs to worn in the pool at all times, this is enforced by the pool life guard. Snacks at the pool were nice and very reasonably priced. The sky bar is a nice place to have dinner and sit and enjoy the views during the evening and sometimes provide and additional light breeze which alway welcome due to the high temperature during the day and in the evening. Continental breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30 in which you can site outside or in the restaurant. The hotel has some beautiful gardens to sit and chill. Would highly recommend this hotel, the swimming pool is an absolute benefit after a day of sightseeing. A hire car is highly recommended due to the distance between sightseeing locations. There is ample parking at the hotel. Would definitely recommend renting a small car to use around Italy. Ensure to take video and photos of any damage to the car before taking out and also when you return. On returning back to the uk, the car hire company were going to charge for a small mark on the car that was already present before we picked it up be beware!!

I had a stay here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The hotel was really clean, the bedroom was a good size, and well equipped. The food was delicious and the evening menu changed every day. Wonderful roof terrace with great view! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and really made the trip. If I were staying in the area again I'd definitely go back.

A very nice week spent in Marad Hotel with family, strategically located to visit Naples region including Amalfi coast. Very comfortable rooms, very good restaurant with menu changing every day (not common!) and a very big kudo to the hotel staff very nice and always smiling (special thanks to Donato, Rosario, Pepe, Pasqualino).

A nice friendly staff. The room was clean and good soundproof as we were on the top next to the Terrace and did not hear the music being played in the evening. Breakfast selection was the same but good and is stayed for a week did not cause us any problem. We had the odd lunch and dinner the dishes were nice.

We had a really nice week there. The room was clean and nice, the breakfast was very good as well. The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful, arrenging trips and taxis, thank you for everything! We had dinner at the restaurant several times, always tasty. We recommend it!

The most friendly, comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The views from the room and from the sky bar are breath taking. The staff could not help you more, the food was fantastic, staying on the side of the volcano was perfect for trips up to see it and to visit Herculaneum, Pompei, Capri etc just ideal. The surrounding town not so great but if you have a car or use hotel taxis then you can get about fine. Walking to train station is easy enough but safety and cleanliness of trains hit and miss, even though efficient and regular. The hotel pool is also gorgeous and service for drinks and food fabulous. The cleanliness and luxury of the hotel and pool are brilliant and was all just like heaven to me.

Nice hotel. In the main the staff were very good. Breakfast continental but plenty and varied. Spotlessly clean. Almost a 5* review, missing one because pool area and roof terrace were closed (probably a little cool for an Italian but pleasent enough for a brit. Only ate dinner once which was good. Overall we would definitely stay again.
