Excellent location just few steps from the Tottori Station. Hotel has some history but still mantain in it's shape. Breakfast can be skpped as only limited food provided. Hotel is bit over priced with almost Yen 20,000/nite for a semi double room .......

The location of the hotel is great. Across the road is the JR station and bus terminal. It is very convenient to go to Tottori Sand Dunes. Parking is also very convenient, parked directly inside the hotel, even if it rains or snows you are not afraid of getting wet. The front desk staff was friendly and communication in English was easy. very good. The hotel should have some years, the door lock still keep with the key, equipped with a bird image of the keychain, momentary feeling of time travel. The room is fully equipped. The most complimentary thing is that this hotel is brightly lit. Very rare! The mattress is very nostalgic bouncy bed. The orange train could be seen passing through the window, but no noise of the train could be heard at all. Other amenities are similar to a typical business hotel. The water pressure of the shower was unbeatable, with the feeling of a massage. There are shopping malls and restaurants across the street from and near the hotel, especially the two Western-style bakery coffee shops across the street that offer breakfast as early as 6:30 am. Bonus points. The downside is that the hotel's down quilt really needs to be replaced, and the stains that can't be washed off are too much to use.

The hotel is just across the street from Tottori Station. If you use Tottori as a transit station, it is the most convenient and hassle-free place to stay. You can store your luggage on the first day and then go to Conan Town from Tottori. You can also store your luggage after checking out on the second day and go sightseeing in Tottori. The room itself is spacious, a little old-fashioned, but very clean.

The hotel is a three-star hotel, but the lobby is more stylish and much larger than ordinary Japanese hotels, including the space for the breakfast restaurant. The hotel service is also good. Although it is stipulated that guests can only check in after 15:00 in the afternoon, the hotel is still quite humane. If there is a room, the hotel will first deliver the luggage stored by the guest to the room. If the guest returns to the hotel early, the hotel will give the guest the key to the door and let the guest enter the room. The folding luggage rack for luggage can be borrowed from the front desk, which is considerate of the guests.

The hotel I stayed at when I went to Tottori was next to the station, the Osaka shuttle bus station was right next to it, JR was also opposite, and there were several restaurants nearby. There was a 3-hour taxi package for 4,000 yen to Tottori, which was just right for a trip around Tottori and Tomiura.

A hotel with a great location in the city center and across from the train station, close to a shopping area and restaurants. The property is well maintained and very clean, but its facilities are a bit dated and it could do with a renovation to give it a more contemporary design. The Superior Rooms have been refreshed and renovated, and are comfortable and well equipped. Their size (23 m2) is rather larger than the average size of hotel rooms in Japan. The single and standard rooms are more basic and their decoration is dated. Overall, a recommendable hotel, with good value for money

Right before Tottori, the location is good, but the facilities are quite old, and the breakfast dishes are also very ordinary business trip standards, just enough to fill your stomach.

The hotel is in the city center and opposite the train station. After shopping, we can put our loot back in the hotel before going to dinner. There are many choices of restaurants.

The room is very clean, the environment is OK, the Western breakfast is rich and delicious, the service attitude is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but very comfortable. This hotel is very close to the JR station. The lobby is large and spacious, and the rooms are large in Japan. A very cost-effective hotel. There are probably not many foreign guests, and the hotel staff's English is a bit weak

The standard single room on the 8th floor of the hotel has a wall outside the window, no scenery to see, a bit depressing. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite JR Tottori Station. After exiting the station, cross the road on the left to reach the hotel gate. The hotel must be checked in after 3 pm. I arrived at noon on the first day and could only store my luggage in the lobby to go to Tottori Sand Dunes. The hotel front desk recommended a barbecue restaurant called "Dajiangjun", where the wagyu tastes good and the price is not expensive. The breakfast was OK. There was probably a group on the first day. I went to have breakfast at 8:30 in the morning. There was nothing to eat, and there was only one boiled egg left.

There was no alcohol or snacks in the hotel, which was inconvenient, so I think it would be convenient if there were vending machines, so I hope they will consider this.

The hotel is right opposite Tottori Station, so transportation is definitely convenient; it is also very convenient for self-driving tours. The hotel provides a large number of parking spaces for only 500 yen per day. Since the hotel is located near the bustling street of Shishi Station, restaurants, bars and izakayas are within easy reach, and the hotel is connected to a department store, so shopping or supermarket supplies are even easier. The hotel has its own restaurant, which provides seasonal food dishes at reasonable prices.

It's close to the station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I think it's a very convenient location. The room didn't feel small, which was nice, but I thought the construction was old. I wish there were some easy-to-use amenities, like a pump, in the bathroom.
