I had an amazing stay at KK Sapa! The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything & access to breathtaking views. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. Finally super friendly service.

Is a beautiful hotel facing the mountain. We were upgraded to premier from deluxe. Room is bigger with sofa and a large balcony. Main lobby at level 1 and there is another entrance on 15th floor which will lead to the road nearer to Sapa Station. Along this road it has many shops and restaurants. Moana is also nearby. Breakfast has many varieties. Staff are friendly. Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is great. Do not need air conditioning as outdoor is 5 degrees. Can walk to Sapa station.

We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel as a family and had a great experience. The location is ideal—not too close to the center but not too far either, allowing for a quiet night. Restaurants and mini markets are nearby, and Sun Plaza is about a 15-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The best part is the stunning view from the rooms. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with good view and good location. It has level 13 with swimming pool for showering before and after check in check out when arriving to sapa or departing.

She graciously upgraded us to a VIP room, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The hotel’s facilities were fantastic—from the relaxing spa to the stunning infinity pool, every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes to start our day right. If you’re planning to visit Sapa, KK Sapa Hotel is the perfect place to stay. The staff’s hospitality, the stunning ambiance, and the overall experience were simply top-tier. We can’t wait to come back!

Hotel is in a great location. The pictures we took during this trip were fantastic. The television would only work for 10 minutes then freeze up. This maybe a Vietnam this. Not the first time for the tv thing.

A really nice hotel with plenty of amenities, a great breakfast, and excellent service. I requested anniversary bed decoration, and they even prepared a cake for us. Thank you for the beautiful preparation and stunning scenery—I will definitely come back!

This hotel is highly recommended! Cleanliness, location, amenities and service were excellent. It exceeded our expectations for a budget price hotel. Front desk staff “Hana” was very helpful and accommodating. Since we have arrived the hotel very early, she offered us to rest at their lounge while waiting for our room to be ready since she understands that we are from an overnight bus trip from Hanoi. The location is nearby to the town center as well as the tourists spot Moana. We were not able to see a nice view as it’s was foggy the 3days of our stay. The room was spacious and clean and with complete amenities. Breakfast spread was also fantastic as it offers both local & international dishes for guests to choose. We really love our stay at KK Sapa Hotel. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Clean hotel with good service, hot buffet bf and can assist you with your travel requirements. Just 10mins walk to Sapa rail station to catch the tram to Fansipan. Lots of dining options near hotel as well.

Place was great, service excellent. Price is on the higher end but you get what you pay for. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread and delicious. Vuong the bell boy was helpful in helping us get around and went above and beyond. Would definitely return to stay next time

Massage was not good, do not try. Hair therapy became a finger nail scrubbing session… but overall was still ok.

Room big and comfortable. Too foggy to see anything from the balcony. We enjoyed nice drink n snacks in the night sitting at the balcony. Breakfast witb a lot of variety. Walk out from 15th floor to go to Sapa town on foot 5 minutes.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities and delicious breakfast. The staff was reality friendly and helpful. The hotel was at a just nice location, not too far from city center, but also not too near to be noisy at night. The view from our room was amazing too!
