The hot spring was fantastic, with 16 private pools, allowing each guest their own soak – very hygienic and convenient. The surrounding area is quiet with excellent greenery. The swimming pool is also good and right next to the hot spring pools, so you can alternate between them, which is very comfortable! Although the hotel is a bit older and some facilities show their age, the service was very prompt, and overall, I was very satisfied!

Overall, the room was decent. The hotel is indeed older, so some of the facilities are a bit dated. They have a swimming pool and hot spring baths, and the hot spring water is changed after each guest, which is very hygienic. For the price, it offers excellent value for money. The swimming pool gets a perfect score! 💯

I stayed at Ramada again, and compared to six months ago, the hotel has really changed a lot. The facilities used to feel dated. This time, it seems like the sofa and headboard have been replaced. The room is not only spacious but also more comfortable and tidy. The marble in the common areas is also very shiny. The riverside tree-lined path and gardens are even more beautiful. The cultural elements and details in the hot spring bath area are much nicer too. There weren't many guests, and the price wasn't expensive. This is truly a great place to relax and unwind, and my family and I all feel the same way.

The garden and hot spring area were even more delightful in the evening. With the lights on, it felt like stepping into a secret tropical haven. Lying on a lounge chair, enjoying the evening breeze, even the air smelled of pleasant plants and herbs, curing all the day's fatigue. The biggest surprise was the guzheng performance at 'Liuxiang Pavilion'; listening to the zither music accompanied by the evening breeze, with the warm yellow lights illuminating the greenery-covered pavilion, even the air felt relaxing. All the day's fatigue simply melted away. From the daytime parent-child activities to the evening hot spring experience, both the service and the ambiance were impeccable. Every moment spent here was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

It was pretty good, and the hot spring experience for an hour was a nice touch. The hotel is a bit old, so the environment isn't as good compared to newer hotels. However, the security was decent, and the front desk staff were very gentle. It's a good place to stay if you're exploring the area nearby. Nanyang is also not far from the hotel, making it convenient to grab breakfast by taxi.

Hotel is starting to be really old and worn. Room was clean, but outside of the room it looked really worn and a bit dirty. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel has potential but is very neglected.  The service in the restaurant is mediocre.  The room has some neglected details but overall it was the best part of our stay. The private hot springs in the room was what we enjoyed the most.

This hotel, which might have been the best hotel In Xinlong town decades ago, must face the reality now in 2024. Farewell to the Golden Age of Deng Xiao Ping and government leaders's visit and restart the modern hotel management. The old facilities poorly maintained. The hotel had a very dated feel, the room smelled musty, the pool in the photos was dirty and was being cleaned, the hot spring was under repair, and none of the usual amenities were available. The hotel failed to inform customers of these issues beforehand. My final stop on the trip was supposed to be a relaxing soak in the hot spring, but it turned out to be a bad ending. This is the biggest mistake I've made with Ctrip in all my years of experience. I hope both the platform and the hotel take responsibility; operating like this will inevitably erode trust.

This is a well-established star-rated hotel in Xinglong, with comprehensive amenities and excellent service. There are hot spring pools both indoors and outdoors. The room furniture isn't new, but it's spotlessly clean. The maids are friendly and efficient. There's a gym and cinema downstairs, and the restaurant serves some Southeast Asian specialties, which is quite good. The front desk even upgraded my room upon check-in and called a taxi upon check-out. The service was excellent. This is a very good value hotel.

Choose a precious southern herbal bath that suits you: nutmeg, amomum villosum, sandalwood, noni fruit, a mental health supplement, and more. The sunken private bath offers privacy and warmth. Enjoy the lush greenery in the hot spring pool, filled with the delicate aroma of southern medicinal herbs. Tranquility and peace of mind truly crystallized in this moment. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety of dishes. After breakfast, you'll find the hotel's garden and coffee shop nearby.
