The Beach Tulum

Ocean front rooms. The roof top jacuzzi rooms are very private and great to soak in the afternoon. The spa and sauna is also very private and peaceful. Ziggy restaurant is also ocean front, great pork belly enchilada. Leslie, David, Eduardo and Annabelle are just so special in their customer service and friendliness. They made the experience staying there more personal. Definitely recommended, and will return in the future. What can be improved: 1. The sargassum (seaweed) is out of control. I wish the hotel can put more effort in cleaning them daily. 2. The private transfer from the airport to hotel is very expensive, but there’s almost no competition or alternative. In general, I am surprised at how expensive everything is in Tulum. Be ready to pay US’ prices, if not more.

Amazing service, great spa treatments and hydro therapy circuit, very friendly staff, well maintained property, great drinks and food! We will definitely be back! Staff was responsive during booking process, helped book transportation, and were English speaking.

This is our second trip to The Beach Tulum and won’t be our last. This is the perfect tropical escape to unplug and recharge. The staff at the Beach Tulum are beyond incredible. I know I’m going to leave someone out but the staff is really what makes this resort. They treat you like family and remember you when you come back, From Fredy who manages the front desk, to Annabella who brought me the perfect cappuccino each morning, to David and Aldo who catered to our every need, to Kenneth and Carla’s amazing cocktails, and to Alessandro, Adolfo, and Anjel who took great care of us at Ziggy’s. We were so well cared for throughout our visit. And, make sure to get the burger on the lunch menu at Ziggy’s. It’s my favorite burger of all time. We did the romantic date at Naj Naay spa, which was awesome. We also did the hydro circuit at the spa a few times. I highly recommend you do the hydro circuit at least once since it’s included with your stay. Also, if you want to go on an outing to see ruins, cenotes or swim with the turtles, we highly recommend you hire Simon Araujo through the front desk. Simon knows the best spots to go and will take great care of you. He has become like family to us. We were asked when we checked out what they could do better. Honestly, they just need to keep doing what they are doing now. The Beach Tulum is the perfect tropical escape ☀️.

Stayed here for 8 days in January. First time in Tulum but many trip to Mexico- all west coast. Weather was just ok but our experience was 10/10! Staff is exceptional! Aldo made sure everything was perfect and would check in with us often to see if we needed anything. Annabelle was attentive and charming, from room service for breakfast or dinner to drinks at the bar. We took advantage of the complimentary spa services every morning- dry spa and cold plunge was amazing! Fresco's was super fresh and healthy for breakfast and Ziggys was great for afternoon cocktails. Can't wait to get back!

Thank you to all The Beach Tulum family for welcoming us into your beautiful hotel (we stayed end of October 2024 until We have loved meeting you all Navi, Kena, Facundo, Aldo, Adolfo even the crazy man Santos David and William are great too (hotel porters) Felipe and Luis in Frescos and the House keeping, the lovely young man who cleans our pool, Perla and Kandi who did our massag everyone we have encountered has been wonderful and it would be our pleasure to return! This is me and my wife’s second time in Tulum and I have to say our experience this time at The Beach Tulum was absolutely amazing. Our room was super clean, beautifully setup, with an amazing ocean view. The food from Ziggy's that’s apart of this Hotel is the best food that I ate hands down in Tulum both years in a row! The service at The Beach Tulum/Ziggy’s is top notch and they couldn’t be nicer to deal with. All in all an amazing experience and cannot wait to go back again! Thank you so much for such a great time!
