La Zebra Tulum, a Small Luxury Hotel
"The location is great. The parking lot is just opposite the hotel. The room is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wide and there are few tourists. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. The large balcony is surrounded by green plants and is very suitable for sunbathing. It is quieter than other hotels at night. The double shower can take a shower at the same time. The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel."
Playa Esperanza Tulum
"The room is large and clean with a balcony. It is quiet and right on the beautiful beach. It is very convenient to take the bus to the pier. I recommend it."
Mi Amor Boutique Hotel-Adults Only
"You can hear the sound of waves all the way to your room, so you can feel the great outdoors. The only disappointing thing was that there was a charge for water in the room. Tap water was free, but I was grateful that bottled water was also free. Overall, I'm very satisfied because I can see the sea from my room. There were a lot of mosquitoes and I got bitten a lot, so I recommend bringing insect repellent spray."
Nômade Temple Tulum
"Very good vibe, good location, lovely rooms. Excellent stay."
Coco Unlimited
"Hotel has a super location, however, come somewhat into the years. Unfortunately, the staff is not really service-oriented. There are little shadows on the beach."
Naala Tulum
"Room was nice and spacious. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Breakfast is basic and the same every day. When we came back from a trip in the afternoon, there were no towels left for the pool ?!"
Libelula Tulum Beachfront Hotel
"Super"
Nahouse Jungle Lodges
La Posada del Sol Boutique Hotel Tulum
"A nice hotel with a good breakfast. Parking is limited, but there's a clean beach in front. A restaurant next door offers drinks on the beach. The rooms are very clean, and the prices are reasonable."

Our Habitas Tulum - Adults Only
"To be honest, this hotel would be better than the Azulik next door if you didn’t like the original ecology so much."
Azulik
"The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent."
Hotel Qamar Lux
"Clean room, great location and convenient shopping, carparks available."
Delek Tulum
"This place is gorgeous and the service is impeccable! Perfect location for people who like daytime on the beach and nightlife. The AC was great to have in the room as it gets very hot and humid in Tulum. Truly all around great place!"
Tago Tulum by G Hotels
"Very nice hotel. A real 5 star hotel and the staff can not do enough. I would gladly come back. Only downside the algae on the beach but this is the case throughout the beach of Tulum"
La Valise Tulum, Member of Small Luxury Hotels
"The hotel is located in the hotel area of Tulum. There is a restaurant by the sea. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner while enjoying the sea breeze. The hotel service is very good. The staff can speak fluent English and the communication is super smooth. The service attitude of the front desk and restaurant waiters is very good. Of course, you are required to pay a 15% service charge when consuming in the hotel, which is all included in the bill. The hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate with customers. The hotel staff will respond to any questions as soon as possible, which is quite comfortable. The hotel is relatively small and the facilities are just so-so, but it is recommended to stay and enjoy the holiday home by the sea. The hotel is very close to Ahu Hotel. It takes 5 minutes by bicycle to see the famous Sculpture Mother Nature in Tulum. There is also a Starbucks next to it."
Casa Malca
"It's been almost a week since I left Tulum, and even amidst a busy work week, I still often recall the memories of my stay at Casa Malca in Tulum. It was a spontaneous trip, leaving little time for hotel research. I started looking for the most expensive hotels, the ones with the best services, the ones with the highest reviews, and so on, but nothing really struck a chord. Then, I stumbled across a few listings for Casa Malca on Xiaohongshu. The photos of Casa Malca gave it a museum-like feel, and the seaside setting was elegant—not luxurious or mass-market, but rather unique and unique, evoking a sense of escape. My intuition told me it was the right one, and I quickly booked three nights there. After flying from my busy work city to Cancun, I drove two hours to Casa Malca, feeling exhausted. I felt like I hadn't quite escaped reality yet, perhaps because I still had a serious look on my face when I entered the hotel. As I slowly made my way to the hotel lobby, a mysterious feeling arose. When I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted by the incredibly warm and charming smile of Yair, the handsome receptionist. I felt instantly warmed. Because I was there specifically for my birthday, the hotel even upgraded my room and decorated it. These unexpected surprises instantly transported me to a place of bliss and joy. During my three-day stay, I enjoyed the Egg White Omlette breakfast, which surpassed any hotel breakfast in the world. It was incredibly clean and healthy, with an incredibly rich variety of vegetables, and it was beautifully presented. I still miss it. Although I don't usually eat pastry, the restaurant waiter brought it to me, and I tried my favorite carrot cake, which was also delicious. The pool is also beautifully designed. This place would be perfect for weddings and parties; it felt like it belonged to me. I must thank Yair for his attentive service and charming smile, making my lonely birthday trip so warm and joyful. The staff here made me feel like they were genuinely smiling, not just doing their job for the sake of work. The two are completely different. In an era where new decoration designs are emerging one after another, sincere and thoughtful service and smiles will add hidden but very important points to the overall experience."
NABOA Hotel Tulum
"The room was spacious and well-designed. However, the hotel's location was inconvenient for getting around unless you had your own car."
Mezzanine Tulum, a Small Luxury Hotel
"I spent four nights at the gorgeous Mezzanine Tulum, unwinding from a busy schedule. My sea view room overlooked the ocean, and I spent my evenings falling asleep to the crashing waves. The property was quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was special—even telling me about their Mayan heritage, and helping me practice my Spanish. Everyone had a smile on their face and everyone was very kind, especially the front desk staff and servers. When it comes to food, I think breakfast is this hotel’s speciality, with fresh juices and healthy options. I enjoyed the vegetarian options for dinner, and would have liked more salads to choose from. Their sister property Mi Amor was a dream to spend the day at lounging in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. I visited the spa twice where Adé took very good care of me, and will definitely be back!"
Villa Pescadores Tulum by Ahau Collection

VR Club Tulum Riviera
"It was a fantastic place !!! We loved it !! Recommended 100 % We'll come back !!!!"
Moxy Tulum
"Great new property. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy acolyte, and it was great to have an affordable option at the edge of town that is equally accessible to the beach. Room is comfortable, nice shower setup (bigger and better than what I expected at a Moxy) AC runs cold and is timed for room occupancy to save energy. Daily housekeeping is always appreciated The included breakfast was an unexpected treat. Table service with great staff (David and Emilio) and served until 11, this became my favorite way to start the day. I only regret not finding time to try the spa."
Dos Ceibas Tulum - Feel Good Hotel
"What a great spot!! Dos Ceibas is the number one spot on the beach to enjoy a great vibe and live music- by far. Every other beachfront hotel was all but empty every afternoon. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Staff are excellent. This is an eco hotel. This is not a Playa Del Carmen or Cozumel resort. After a few nights in PDC, this was heaven. We'll be back."
Diamante K - Inside Tulum National Park
"Nice Boutique Hotel, cozy room. Private Beach access. Nice experience."
