El hotel tiene buena ubicación en la playa, pero le hace falta mantenimiento en la zona de playa hay una sola sección con camastros con sombra son como 10 nada más y los demás que están no cuentan con sombra o algo que cubra del sol, y están muy desgastados y sucios, el desayuno que incluyen es bueno, y el personal amable, para una estancia corta es perfecto.

Hotel hat eine super Lage jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider ist das Personal nicht wirklich Service orientiert. Wenig Schattenplätze am Strand.

Execelente ubicacion frente a la playa de Tulum, lastima que en julio el sargazo no permite disfrutar de la playa. Decoracion cuidada con un estilo bohemio y muy bonita. Camas grandes muy confortables. Els restaurante deberia mejorar en la rapidez del servicio, són muy lentos en traer las comidas o desayunos

Ficamos no quarto vista frente mar, que dava para 4 pessoas. Vista fantástica e quarto muito espaçoso. A praia é boa e não apanhamos sargaço. Tomar o pequeno almoço com pé na areia, foi um Ponto positivo. Beach Club do hotel é tranquilo e não achámos a música alta. Voltaríamos de novo.

We had a beautiful ocean front room which was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Reception helped arrange several taxis for us. The restaurant food and breakfast is very nice and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Beatriz at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Her excellent customer service made a lasting impression and truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Property seems old; has seen better days; Pictures on website quite embellished; Good about it is that it's right by the beach; Staff nice and very helpful; rooms are rustic. not for me or my taste.
