However, the breakfast was a major disappointment: the selection was extremely limited, the service was abysmal, and the breakfast hours ended far too early. Due to the more than two-hour time difference with mainland China, many guests either missed breakfast entirely or couldn't finish their meal before everything was cleared by 10:00 AM (as pictured). I politely offered feedback, suggesting that extending the breakfast hours would significantly improve the guest experience. A restaurant staff member then approached me, rudely declared, 'We don't need your suggestions,' and proceeded to yell at me for a considerable amount of time. I was utterly speechless! Remember, this is a hotel, not a pet shop! I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid at all costs!

I had a lot of fun. Although the schedule was very tight and I had too little time, the hotel service was excellent, especially the manager who took the trouble to pick me up at the airport and gave me a lot of suggestions. I will stay here again next time and check in Turpan slowly. It's such a beautiful city. I like it very much. This clean and comfortable hotel is worth staying in. It's great!

Couldn’t be happier with the stay. Arrived early morning at Turpan rail station and the owner granted early checkin without a fuss. Super convenient given the tiring overnight train journey. Owner was also kind enough to arrange for tour driver for one day sightseeing. The area is awesome! Next door is a local vegetable and fruit shop where things can be purchased super cheaply. Bought a large watermelon (in season) and the owner lent a knife to cut it open. Delicious! The room is great; well appointed, clean, breezy. Only slight issue with the bathroom where the water didn’t drain fast enough so need to shower carefully to prevent overflow into the room. Overall, it was a stay well beyond expectation. The owner was super nice and helpful.
