Manxin Hotel, Yuefeng Wenchuang Base, Turpan

The hotel is located in a B&B area, where there are several B&Bs with different styles. The rooms in this one are particularly large, and there is also a small hot spring pool. The waiters are very nice, and the breakfast at the hotel is delicious.

The service attitude is very good. The lady and handsome guy at the front desk gave welcome fruit. The room is comfortable and worth visiting.

The hotel is located in a newer resort complex, offering a restaurant, cafe, convenience store, and pool. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided us with plenty of tourist information on our first day. The room was very spacious, with new and clean amenities. Fruit was delivered every night, and the in-room bathtub was large and comfortable, though the water filled very slowly. I recommend starting the bath at least three hours in advance; it still wasn't full even after five hours. During my trip to Turpan, which was quite hot, I thoroughly enjoyed returning to the hotel each night.

The hotel is in a very advantageous location, very close to Turpan city, Huoyan Mountain, Karez, Grape Valley, and the ancient city. The hotel itself is also a park with restaurants, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The hotel environment is also very good, with sand therapy, a grape picking garden, an outdoor swimming pool, large rooms, enthusiastic staff, quiet accommodation at night, and very good breakfast and dinner. Very suitable for friends traveling to Turpan.

Good service and great environment. I came here for the second time. If there is any other reason to come to Turpan, then Manxin Hotel is the one. I like it very much. I slept peacefully and at ease. I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional! Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels! I have hardly ever written a review of a hotel, but this time I feel I must tell you about it.
